not just in mission 8.. happens in mission 4 too. I tried to be smart and tried deleting dodge from the carrier with Olympus so my wingman could get to the cat... ended up failing the mission as i assume dodge is critical in some way haha null

found one last viacom folder within the apps folder in voice attack.. and removed it.. now the plugin doesnt show in voice attack within plugin manager. ran another dcs repair, but still cant get the jester menu to show.

i have installed it, but have since removed it.. maybe i missed some of it somewhere. ..ive scoured my whole computer looking for viacom.. removed all the folders, removed the viacom line from export.lua. still having the same issue..

Hey @Bailey Im trying to use your f4 and f14 profile.. but having jester issues. any command that is supposed to open the menu (hey jester, Jester, main menu, Jester tune assets, etc) just pops up the jester wheel and instantly closes it. Its happening for the f4 and the f14. I cant figure it out. Ive imported your keybinds..seems every other command is working fine.. I did notice that the open main menu and hey jester command show 3 commands to close the menu.. is that correct? nullbut i dont think it would impact the tune assets command.. since i think its supposed to just bring up the wheel with the list of assets? thats what i assume anyways. P.S. Upon testing some more i found that i can manually bring up the jester menu with the standard button.. but cant choose any options when voiceattack is running.. it closes the menu. I checked my bindings, and I dont see anything conflicting. its only doing it when voice attack is being used.

Also having this issue. Jester slews over ti the target.. I long press to lock, and he says Roger, or focusing on your target. Will not actually lock, and I don't get the dot and circle indicating a lock. I'm also having issues where jester will get stuck at either 10 miles or 5 miles.. double hitting context he says back to regular scan.. but nothing happens...still stuck at 5 or 10 miles.. will check to see if it's only on cold start

I assume the manual isn't avail in game like f4e correct? That would be awesome

Well, it's been a bit since I pit down my quest 3 and picked up a pimax crystal.. ever since then I've had absolutely no issues. Obviously not a solution for everyone... but I think I've confirmed the issue was a quest thing.. and not my pc. Good luck to all with this issue.

I am experiencing this as well. Usually while using virtual desktop wirelessly. Having massive fps and artifact issues with official link cable. My machine is far above minimum requirements and seems I'm only getting this issue in dcs.

I've been having escalating issues with dcs and my quest 3. Started off great with 90fps solid. Running i9 14900kf, 64gb ram and a 3080. Then I started to get random fps drops. Exiting the game wouldn't help and the fps drops continued when in vr on the desktop. I would have to close the link connection and reconnect for it to clear up.. only to come back randomly again in game. This is using the official link cable. 3rd party cables were far worse.. if they worked at all. Moved to virtual desktop, and it's a bit better but not 100%. Can't seem to maintain the elusive 90fps like I was able to with the cable. It's still playable, but still having random frame drops and the graphics look grainy compared to directly linking. I'm planning on upgrading to a different vr headset. Hopefully that will help.
