Well, yes there is room for the Sea King as players envision. Some have mentioned a full ASW build or different roles for the birds. We do have the south Atlantic map as well as the oh I can't think of it now, the one with Norway and Russia. As well based that ED has mentioned that a the majority of their modules are based on the past. I can see the Sea King fitting in. Anyways my brains wracked from arguing, but if there is a developer out there willing to come to the table and work out their model to add to the game that would be terrific. It is a bird that has served in so many countries. The reason I am found of it number one, The Final Countdown movie and countless other movies of the 70's and 80's I remember it in. Plus too it has played a huge role in Maritime operations hear in Canada. Hell we kept them flying and sadly lost quite a few crews because they were way past their shelf date and they were literally falling out of the sky. I wish I could throw money at whom ever and say get it done. But I'm like most of us.I'm just enjoying what items we can afford in life. But if it ever does come to life. Make sure above all else. The number one thing. That the wipers actually function and wipe the rain away!

That's why I suggest a go fund me. If those of us who would want it and if ED puts an honest estimate to get it off the ground to develop it. We could get it modelled. Hell half the planes in this game I don't like. But I have bought the whole collection. I mean there are plenty of options. We need to have an open discussion and lay some options as to what rotor types we would like to see. The Blackhawk I would love to see. Just something for us whirlybird lovers! Oh and a redo of the Huey!

Hello, I would like to see this helicopter added to the game please. I have as of late been enjoying the Huey very much and since the Sea King has had a well storied history and somewhat dark past in Canada. Plus great use in the UK and United States. I think she would make a great addition to the DCS world. Can we get maybe a crowd funding project started to maybe get this off the ground or something. Again, I'm just getting into this community so I hope I'm not offending anyone. I just am very passionate about getting things done.

I'll give them a whirl. Has these worked for you guys I assume?

Ok well, I forgot to mention that I reinstalled the game since the crash due to the F-4 issue being blocked by the anti-virus. Anyway's I have tried it twice now and it seems fine. Thank you again for your help and sorry for the trouble!

At the start of the mission does a nose dive into the FARP and explodes into a fiery mess! Can we get this fixed please!??

Just playing Paradise Lost. The first mission is brutal. The wiper blades are just for show. They have no effect what so ever. Could you please make this a priority to have at least some sort of function wiper system on our choppers!

I’ve been spending some time in the Huey, I’ve taken notice that there is no heat blue from the exhaust of the ship. If I’m not mistaken there was a time when it was working. As mentioned numerous times the wipers are just for show. No effect on clearing the rain. Lastly I’ve tried to place and rudders in the exact same position as the manual states which is found with the ESC key menu button press and to no avail. I can’t hover to save my life. I’m spinning or sliding, angled. I don’t know if rudder pedals will help though I am using the cheap Thrustmaster throttle/Stick combo with the twist rudder stick. It also has that annoying bump in the throttle at fifty percent. Which prevents smooth collective up or down.

I was just curious why the skins for the Huey had their tailplanes painted orange?

Much like adding the plane number, have a option to have your call sign added to your particular aircraft.

I would like the ability to be able to have these features added as I am still learning all these aircraft.

Just want it to work like everything else. I'm just still learning this sim. This is frustrating. I only do the instant action missions with this plane.

I tried to install it in my steam version of the game. Well that's the only version I play. It's doesn't show up. One because I have no idea how to do it. I've just started to attempt with this mod stuff and of course the first attempt was a fail and now I can't activate my radio menu to even get the ground crew over to get it started. Also, I'm doing a steam file integrity check. The game on steam squeaks in at just under one full TB! Amazing! Lastly, just looking at some pictures on the net of real and game sim F-14's and this damn thing is a disgrace that heat blur put out. There wasn't a need to make it look like a total pile of dog mess. When making a comparison, it looks like this thing was in a junkyard getting ready for the scrap heap when they pulled it out and stuck it in the game lol. I would love to have been a fly on the wall when the design captains were brainstorming this idea for what the cockpit should look like. I'm even not too please with the F-4. It should be standard that all modules from now on come with a 'worn and factory' cockpit look. Just my nickles worth.

Update: Well my problem with the stuttering has returned. I am going through all the checks again to see what it causing the issue and will send in my report.

That seems to have done the trick. I just turned my settings to 'high' without adjusting any other settings like turning the cloud detail to max and such. Kind of bittersweet though. Thanks Mogs for the help.
