  1. I have been using open composite for a while and has been working perfect. And it still is with my G2 reverb on Win 10. But my brother is trying to use OpenXR with opencomposite with his HTC vive cosmos, he gets really good fps, then stutter fest, then good again, so it is un-flyable. But we then tried to use the "force dcs to openXR" by adding that line in the dcs.exe shortcut. And then it do work and does not stutter at all, and the Toolkit works as intended as well. But the problem by forcing the new native OpenXR his VR headset is out of center. So when he use the VR Re-center in DCS he is really high up and the center is off to the right. So in the AH64 the HUD you have in front of your eye(s) is not centered. We have followed the instructions for HTC Vive. When switching back to Steam the center is correct. Is there any other place you can adjust the center besides in game via numpad 5 command(the one in UI Layer)? And It does not help by moving the Cockpit camera since you can't move them far enough + that the AH64 hud is offset to the right.
  2. I did also have problems and DCS would not load the missions, it did freeze somewhere before the map was loaded. The menu and the 3D in there was working. I was not aware about the implementation of Open XR at that moment, but I already had it with OpenComposite and OpenXR Toolkit. I tried to restart a couple of times with no luck. Then I just turned off the headset(G2) and started pancake and loaded the same mission. And it loaded without any problems. Then I quit DCS, started up the G2 again, and it was working in VR again. But the fps was really bad, but everything looked really good and crisp. And the reason for that was that the settings I made in OpenXR Toolkit (ctrl+F2 in game) was reset and I was running 150% SS without any FSR But I remembered my settings in there so I just tweaked it back. I have Motion Projection "Always on" in the OpenXR dev tools with no problems. And it is working so far. Still keeping OpenComposite though since I use it for AMS2. Perhaps it helps someone.
  3. Yes, it comes on again after flying around for 3 minutes. Have not tried IR_RB Framstegning, forgot about that one
  4. I turned on Unlimited ammo on my mission again, loaded up with 4 Mavericks. After 3 mins I selected a target then locked. Fired. And then put back to safe, then unsafe and next missile was "online" and I could lock and fire that one as well. The third one I did not be able to fire since the first one was re-spawned and then the sight was "dark". Not sure about the radar though, I tried to switch it through the 3 states, but the radar is always dark when in Maverick mode for me.
  5. Regarding Unlimited ammo for training. I got the feeling that I can fire the first one, then if I'm not quick enough, a new one spawns on the pylon, and that one get next(first again) in the line and another 3 minutes before it comes "online". But I need to check again, that was my conclusion yesterday.

  7. Aha, sorry did't read the manual that closely. I will give it a try. Sounds like the problem. Lets hope it's not too rainy in Italy though Thanks!

  9. Hi, I have tried to fly both versions by putting the planes "Hot on runway" in a mission. But I can't take off. It just starts to shake then shuts off the engine. I also tried a cold start from the "Lessons" and it worked. But when adding the plane into my mission(on PG) I follow the procedure with start up (and also tried the assistant). But the same thing. When standing on the runway spooling up, releasing the brakes it take about 3-5 seconds and it starts to shake and shuts down.. No Parking brakes on, no Air brake down, flaps at take off, all pins removed. What wrong with this plane? Do I need to hold down Ctrl+Shift or something to take off? Or what am I missing? Following the tutorial. Or is it because of PG map?

  11. Hmm, this time I never got shot down, but I flew the training mission and realised I forgot the radar and thought that was the cause. So I guess it is as you say, since it is coded like it. Is this true for all missiles and bombs as well? Thanks

  13. Hi, Im probably doing something wrong. But I do remember that before (a long time ago since I flew Viggen) when I launched the RB04 against a ship and after that got shot down, the misslies was continuing to its target. But now, when I instantly hit F6 to at least look at the misslies after I got shot down, the misslies is just going vertical then blow up? They should be Fire and Forget right? Or am I doing something wrong? I have put out a waypoint and a target, but as I recall it, it should not be a must with the RB04. Or is it a bug? Thanks
