I really don't know where to post this but yesterday, while flying an SU-33, I locked up a squaddie flying a KA-50 via my helmet mounted sight and I'm pretty sure my radar was off. His RWR went off and warned him of the lock. I always thought the helmet mounted sight was IR hence not detectable by RWR . Can anyone shed some light on this issue concerning the KA-50?

The Su-30 has the gear but it does not refuel. The Su-33 does (AI that is)

Toby don't let a couple of stupid comments discourage you. There are a lot of immature people around these forums who have nothing better to do than nit pick. As a skinner I really know what great lengths you've gone through with creating your work and how time consuming it is.
