Yeah, seems to be a common issue with the F5E remastered. There was another thread that was closed. Weird thing it's like Russian roulette. It may work ok, or it can be a slide show at 10-12 FPS. Too bad I seen this message after uninstalling DCS. I thought it was a bad install even after a repair. Would be nice to see messages posted about issues like this in the game launcher so we do not spend hours troubleshooting. EDIT: Just finished the fresh install with only the base Sim and the F-5E installed. Loaded Caucasus Takeoff2 again as my normal test spot for this issue. I'm back from 10-45 FPS to 90-105 FPS on the runway. Same graphic settings. I did also delete the previous cache and older dxo files before loading the game for the first time. Hopefully it won't get corrupted again.
