AMD 5800x3d, 6900xt, 32GB DDR4, m2 1TB, hp Reverb G2 VR, Win10

Did not crash anymore at the same point in cage the bear mission 3 with DCS 2.8, but it did freeze crash at the end when I died due to a missile hit and view changing to Awacs f2 view automatically.

Coming back to this, Tested reinstalling old version and then new one, still freeze crashes. Also did extensive hw inc. ram tests, no faults found. Would be strange that hw issue would cause crash as all other modules are ”100%” stable for hours and hours. Still freeze crashes after 10-15mins of cage the bear third mission (cold start, sc), everytime.

Please respond the poll in case you have experienced the F-14 hanging freeze. There are multiple topics around the issue in the forums, but would like to see if it is widespread or not. Still hanging. At around wp 1. Happens 100% to me. No setting changes have helped. Other planes and missions without F-14, no such crashes.

Was the fix for crashing supposed to be in this release? I have the hanging crash everytime I try to finish the first (cold start, carrier) campaign mission with f-14 when returning towards the carrier at the end od the mission. Nothing else crashes ever, even with hours of fly time.
