@Wags Thank you for explaining why there is a delay in getting the new soldier models out there on the "Mover and Gonky" show (loved seeing you on the show by the way) These are something that I have been asking for recently and getting frustrated due to the lack of release when they seem to be ready from all the promotional videos.

The wait goes on for the update to the soldiers that would give our missions a bit more realism that appears in so many of the promotional videos....

PLEASE! When do we get the new soldier model - They were first shown a couple of years back, they have been appearing in all subsequent promotional videos, they are now in Wags latest Afgan video, surely they must be ready for release now? They are so needed to make all of the new maps more realistic.

Salute Description: When going multi-crew using the seat switch keys moves the owner of the aircraft, not me. When I joined my squad mate in his helicopter as the mini-gunner, I then tried to move from the gun to Instructor position via a mapped key. Upon pressing my #2 key (to move to position 2), the pilot (my squad mate) was moved into the instructor position instead of me. I could not move. By me pressing #1 (for pilot position) moved him back. DCS Version: Not posting from gaming PC but did this last night so as at 4th August 2025 Steam: God No! Map: Caucuses SP/MP: Issue in Multi-player / Multi-Crew only. In Multi-player / Single occupancy the seat switch works fine, I can jump around the positions, no problem. Reproducible: Yes. My squad mate swapped with me. I spawned in (via Dynamic Spawn), he then joined my helicopter. He used his seat switch buttons and I was moved. Step to Reproduce: Player A takes helicopter. Player B requests to join Player A helicopter. Player A accepts request to join. Player B, once in tries to move seats. Player A is moved. Screenshot/Video available: N/A Track Available: N/A Mission File: N/A Controllers: N/A OS: Windows 11 RAM: N/A GPU: N/A Mods: I have English cockpit, my squad mate did not. Any Additional Information: None

@unclesneep Salute and welcome to world of DML. Not sure why you are using the pulse module to feed into the explosions. What was your understanding of the pulse that made you use it? not criticizing, just trying to understand your approach. try the following Radio menu option (for example)"Start Explosions" flag triggered = startExplosion Explosion Module boom? parameter set to look for startExplosion num parameter set to number of explosions you want rndLoc parameter set to true (explosions will be randomized within the zone This should work each time the menu option is selected. -
I too had the search go on continuously whilst I was heading to the OA. Once he had found some stuff I then brought up the GUI and then the list. Queued up 4 targets and set George to work. Good stuff. George is much more useful now. Although it is still a LOT of fun to let him fly instead and hop into the front seat and do the killing from range your self

Salute @cfrag As you are well aware since I discovered your excellent tool that has contributed so much to my mission development, I became very much "a fan boy" and "biging" you up when ever I could. Your skill and support in developing the DML Tool box has been very much appreciated and it is a sad day for all of us that have come to build so much around it. Salute, Please may I ask (and I acknowledge that they may not be a completed feature yet), should I be able to turn them on as of July 2025, and if so, can anyone give me a nudge for the correct key bindings please? @cfrag Thank you for your continued time and effort you put into your tool box. Its good that you have actually had time to play the sim as well. I have not been doing any DML recently as my squad have been stuck into one of the "Foothold" campaigns so I have been able to take some time out of having build scenarios for our squad to play. -
There was no mention of the F4U under carriage showing down / multi-player sync issue? or have I missed something?

@Wroblowaty - Do check out the DML tool box by @cfrag. You will be able to do what you want, I know, I have done it using this tool. You do not need to know how to write scripts, using the tool, which is NOT a mod, is a simple copy and paste. There is a module called "clone". You just place the zone over the rig and specify the units you want to be placed there. -
@Kadin, The below screen shot is taken from our DangerDogz forum (www.dangerdogz.com). We run a hosted server which is private for the Dogz. We have to add maps to our server as and when they come out and the guys have decided to buy it (not all maps are owned by everyone of course) so here is what we do to add them. nullBring up the CMD screen in windows on the host, change the directory to the where the maps are located and enter the command Hope this helps (or that I have understood your issue) If you click on the post above and go to the first page as described you will have found the map list; repeated below. Salute, Not sure if this has been hiding in plain sight all these years I have been playing or if it is new, but I have just seen that no matter what effort I put into building a multi-player mission regarding icon settings and fog of war to increase the suspense or external views to stop "God View" (not ideal when playing in tanks and you want to set up an ambush) players can change their game settings to over-ride the "Force" feature. I spent some time button bashing last night trying to set the attribute for a waypoint to HOV and LND but no matter where I went I could not seem to change it? Adding waypoints is a joy now we have the keyboard mappings so thank you ED devs for adding that.
