Well am not asking for a giant dot. Am simply asking to be able to spot and be balanced. Players on lower resolution can spot from cockpit I cant spot anything that's 1 mile away flying.

I have this issue too from vikhrs smoke (fps drops after launch). it crashes my game when I launch vikhrs in rainy weather too.

The CTD seems to happen for me in rainy weather with Ka-50 firing vikors. No mods installed dcs.log-20230503-144747.zip

i always keep getting CTD after a few minutes of flying the apache during rainy weather for some reason. Attached log dcs.log-20221208-155023.zip

Just make sure you dont turn the mav page to raster chart it will most probably crash. When you use the auto start function too it ends at the raster chart and can crash. i have been flying the full day with a10 doing this and so far no more crashes.

played A10c now for 1 hr without any crashes. Seems culprit is the raster chart

dcs.log-20221111-114252.zip I can confirm this crash happened when i flipped the mav page to the raster chart.

in both scenarios i wasn't using the raster chart. I had TPOD on right TSD and maverick on left TSD. I also fly the f18 and f16 in Syria and had no crashes so far only the A10

This happens to me with the A10C2. mainly after 15 mins of gameplay and in f1 view. I will give the A10C a shot and see if the crash happens.

Same CTD with A10c2 usually 15mins or so in the mission. dcs.log-20221106-152419.zip

dcs.log-20221107-135852.zip I have no mods installed and i keep getting constant CTD with A10c don't know if this is 2.8 related. F16 and F18 are working fine.
