am i supposed to fly exactly the pattern shown in the f10 map during missions? it seems like a very small turn radius to maintain. if i fly directly to the waypoints it seems im flying out of the dotted oval. is this why i keep getting procedures N? before anyone asks yes i read the campaign introduction left hand racetrack pattern at assigned altitude and stack 10nm leg and turn east aft reaching wp5. if im doing it wrongly how can i accurately fly the pattern?

anyone managed to get the sea objects mod to work? i downloaded and followed instructions to the t and it is not appearing in game

..........hahaha oops didnt think that this would be the issue THANKS SO MUCH this fixed EVERYTHING i just plugged the cables into any hole i saw firstl at first LOL.. and im plugged it to the gpu now and IM GETTNG AVG 120FPS ON MAX SETTINGS!! truly a game changer THANKS TO U TOO DUDE THIS FIXED THE ISSUE

windows 11 came with the pc when i bought it and i also clean installed dcs straight from the website but i only just carried over my old saved games configs

Ok how isit even possible that my old pc can run dcs on an average of 50-100 fps with outdated specs (eg. RTX 2060 SUPER) but i bought a new pc with EVERY SINGLE DAMN PART UPGRADED and i carried over the EXACT SAME GRAPHIC SETTINGS and somehow EVEN ON THE MODEL DISPLAY SCREEN IN MISSION EDITOR MY GAME IS RUNNING AT 30 FPS???????? launched the mission and it is running at an abysmall 4FPS?????????????????????????????????????? NO IDEA WHAT IS CAUSING IT!!!!!!!! ISIT WINDOWS 11? my old pc was on windows 10, never had this issue until using this new pc, i really at my wits end can someone pls help edit: i also want to ask isit something to do with the refresh rate settings in the display settings for windows? because i know my old pc is able to run stuff at 144fps and i have a 144hz monitor but windows 11 i dont see option to go beyond 75hz for refresh rate settings...

i just got a brand new pc and FRESH installed dcs on this pc then tried to launch the game but everytime it launches it gets stuck on the clouds screen and the percentage does not move but i can hear the default caucasus music playing then when i force stop it and try to relaunch it, NOTHING happens and EVERYTIME I HAVE TO RESTART THE PC TO TRY LAUNCH IT AGAIN AND THE SAME THINGS KEEP HAPPENING. i am really not sure where to start for this i dont know what the issue could probably be idk if its windows 11 cus none of this happened on my old pc. i did not upgrade to windows 11 when i received this new pc it was alr on windows 11. really dont know what to do cant tell what the problem is at all UPDATE: JUST DID A CLEANUP AND DELETED SOME EXTRA FILES AND FINALLY CAN SEE THE MAIN MENU NOW I;LL JUST LEAVE THIS HERE INCASE ANYONE ENCOUNTER THIS PROBLEM

budget for me is not really a concern and based on the website $3973 it is actually surprisingly way below what i initially expected but of course having cheaper parts that perform the same is of course a better option. building wise it definitely wont be me cus i know nothing about pc building but this company is a reputable brand in my country not some shady small shop in a corner haha and my current pc was also purchased from them and has been with me almost 6 years now. thank you very much for your help and suggestions LucShep!! everything is explained carefully and i want to thank especially on the RAM part because i didnt realise that is not enough for dcs as i honestly not very sure on choosing parts, if i hadnt asked here i wouldve made a huge mistake. hi everyone i am thinking of upgrading my setup and was wondering if these components i have selected will be enough to run dcs at max draw distance and graphical settings.. i dont use vr, only trackir5 and also i dont play in 4k. ok so apparently the problem cannot be recreated.... suddenly it is back to normal. no idea what caused it and no idea how to cause it.. i guess restarting my pc was the fix?? oh well but things are fine for now. thanks for replying though!

no bro i did airstart, ramp and parking and i made sure flaps are up so it cant be overspeed yes it is i have been playing it with my current bindings since forever but its just that this problem occured all of a sudden yesterday and i did not change anything

just now it managed to work properly but subsequent playthroughs the problem came back idk what to do is this some feature or bug i want to kill myself

not sure why but this just happened today i restarted the game and the problem still persists everytime i try to manually sweep the wings back for overhead break it can only go to a maximum of 55 degrees (bomb mode). i have not tampered or downloaded anything i dont know why it just decides to glitch one day. when going mach 1 the wings are still stuck to a max of 55 deg.

i downloaded the echo19 sound mod for the f14 and there was an installer bat file and i accidentally installed without backup. so i want to revert back to the original f14 sounds but since i accidentally did not backup there is now no way to uninstall or revert back to the original sounds. i have tried deleting the f14 module and reinstalling TWICE but the sound files are still the mod not the original. deleting the mod files dosent seem to work as it just makes the plane become silent instead of automatically reinstalling missing files. really not sure what to do anymore.

after the part where i saddle up with aegis there should be dialogue between the members as i have seen someone else video on youtube where the other members are talking stuff before going to target area to fire agm65 but for my case there is complete lack of any dialogue, only music playing and only voice lines play when they fire missile or take off but no story dialogue. my volume knobs for the radio is confirm on so its not a case of me muting audio by accident. on sidenote i wonder if this problem is because of recently updating to stable version 2.8.4? i get the feeling that in other missions i am not getting the full dialogue played out like there are dialogue but it seems to me like there are parts missing. example in mission 00 after the line "wait.. theres something else.." then it is silent until my agm154 hits wp3 then the dialogue continues with babel tower is hit. is this part supposed to be like that or is there missing dialogue? i really enjoy this campaign it is a breath of fresh air compared to what i usually have to make do with and i hate to see it ruined by bugs cus i want to enjoy it. really would appreciate any help edit: i found out that dialogue returns if i crash and start from a checkpoint but the dialogue at the beginning before takeoff is still missing so it is not a absolute fix.
