No other problem on mission one for me. The best you can do is to ask ground crew to plug the GPU, switch on the battery and then turn on both radios. It works well. The trigger need both battery and radio to activate. No need to adapt other parameters for me. -

Hi, not the FBW test, it’s a failure of the FBW system happening few minutes after the beginning of a mission when the outside temperature is below 0degC. Something that happened after some upgrade ?? I have made the test to change the outside temperature with a simple mission. No problem above 0, failure below 0, and impossible to repair the plane. -

Finally, I was able to unblock the problems of this mission: First: there is a FBW failure after some times at the beginning : after several tests, it seems that it's the outside temperature that's causing the failure: tests carried out with a positive temperature in the mission's weather definition, and no more problems. I couldn't find anything about this in the docs or elsewhere? Secondly, on the HUD trigger: in the final version, they added a trigger on the emergency hydraulic pump switch just before the HUD switch. I simply deactivated it to keep things simple. Now the mission is operational. As for the temperature problem, I'm afraid you'll have to do it on every mission (if there aren't other bugs elsewhere...). To be continued... Congratulations and great thanks on this exciting and realistic campaign. I really enjoyed it: realism, twists and turns in a magnificent setting. And the icing on the cake is that it enabled me to perfect in-flight refueling, which I've finally managed to do, even if it's still not perfect Thanks Reflected, and we can't wait for the rest

By deactivating the wake turbulence, and with a lot of practice, I'm now able to refuel (despite a few disconnections, because the boom doesn't really allow much deviation - much important thing is to maintain a constant speed at this point). I'm going to carry on like this, I don't think the realism is too much affected by the lack of wake turbulence. curve parameters of X and Y axis on my Warthog Joystick is 18, with a dead zone = 0

Hi, exactly the same thing for me, after hours of fruitless trials with a Warthog Joystick, I managed to stabilize myself well behind the tanker, but once in the perimeter of the boom there was no way to stabilize vertically. And then, bizarrely, I turned off the wake turbulence, and the second attempt was the good one : I totally refilled the tank with just 2 small disconnections, but I got to the end when I'd never been able to for months... Reassure me, all those youtube refueling tutorial videos, which look super stable and controlled, they've deactivated those damned turbulences without saying so, haven't they ? Well, now I'll keep practicing to make sure it wasn't just beginner's luck!

Thanks for your detailed reply. I will try effectively without Tacview. Now I have finished this fabulous campaign without other problem, and I am trying Artic Thunder - the F16 version ;-). After I must plan to learn F18 one day or another ! In any case, thank you for your work on all these really well-realized and captivating campaigns! -
The problem for me is that Weasel 32 doesn't attack or fire missiles. I did destroy the 2 SA6s with my 2 harms, but that's about it. I'd had all 3 active, though. And now, at the debriefing, it's said that I missed one of my shots...

Hello, Problem with mission 7 : I've tried the mission 3 times, the GBU31 systematically misses the target. I've checked the MGRS and Lat,Lon coordinates, the parameters to be modified for the bomb, everything is ok but the bomb always misses ! Am I the problem? I've watched a YouTube video (https://youtu.be/WY93s1R1_38?si=U0OgX_3hV7Id761e) and I don't see any difference with my parameters and the mission control. I'd like to know if anyone is experiencing this problem... it would reassure me! Thanks

Gamblers first 2 missions not working - Syria map?

Same symptoms for me. Except I don't have the prompt. The 2 F16 weasels 11 and 12 went to land at another base, and splash at each other after landing, stupid AI ... And the mission is stucked at this point. I restarted the campaign after more than a month's interruption due to the AI bug that refuses to taxi, and now a new frustration Thanks for your help -
Last example, on mission 14, after giving my wingwoman two orders to engage Air defenses, she has definitively fired no Harm at all... Fortunately, most missions can be completed alone. Another bug (random ? ) : tower don't respond when return to base : I have verified frequency... I had this problem on several missions... And last ! RTB order was given on mission 14 when I still had threats on the RWR, and even a SAM fired at me right afterwards. Thanks

I'm sorry, but this campaign relies too much on AI wingmen, which are completely buggy in DCS. It's horrifying. No matter how hard you try to take precautions (for example, make them wait while you remove the SAMs), they do whatever they want, don't obey orders, show off their fuel and get killed because they'll go anywhere, even on missions where I no longer have a threat. It seems to me that the best thing to do would be solo missions, because you can't rely on this AI. I don't know if ED will ever do anything, but it seems to me that it's really impossible to let wingmen do their thing without scripting. The campaign is very interesting and gripping, which isn't the point, but it's too exasperating right now! Regards
