Hello! 3: This is normal. The gyro need some time to spool up. After that you can use the gunsight. 4. You can launch atgm-s if the heli is aligned with the sight. You have to use petrovich ai to align the heli with target. (Combat mode, long press w if i remember correctly)

There is also raid mode on the radar page. (I think FLIR/Raid button on hotas). That will zoom the radar on the specified region. Maybe it will help to select the su27.
