  1. Thank you very much for your quantitative study! The data are really useful. The results and test method from V2.0 and from "DCS 2.7.1 New Flare Type Analysis, How effective are they?" are somehow different. I am confused but will try to combine both of tests.
  2. F-16C 中文座舱模组 https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3334390/ 暂时没细看,但上传的用户还做了一些其它模组的中文座舱。
  3. Did this update have only sth. to do with DECM of tomcat? Or radar is also affected by new ECM API? (Or radar is already affected earlier?) Because I accidentally found out a new behaviour of Tomcat radar in STT against a jamming target. Here is a short video about it: Radar.mp4 Seems like there is a "transition" phase now between totally jammed and burnthrough, which is between 30NM and 23NM in the example above. In this "transition" phase, the STT flashes between RDROT and JAT. The video was took yesterday. And in an much earlier training in July vs. jamming target, this "transition" did not exist.
  4. Any possible performance improvement after the recent patch?
  5. If I have understood the cited replies above correctly, the angle dependance of RCS is simulated in Phantom's radar, but most modules don't have that simulation and each aircraft's RCS are generally only different constants in DCS? Does that mean, that Phantom's radar will see an angle dependent RCS of the opponent, but the Phantom's RCS is still a constant on the opponent's radar? And I guess the angle dependance of RCS is not simulated in Tomcat's radar?
  6. I am playing as Tomcat's RIO and curious about DCS's RCS modelling. Is RCS simulation now aircraft dependent in DCS? If I have understood the cited replies above correctly, the angle dependance of RCS is simulated in Phantom's radar, but each aircraft's RCS is generally only constants in DCS? Does that mean, that Phantom's radar will see angle dependent RCS of the opponent, but on opponent's radar the Phantom's RCS is still a constant? And is the angle dependance of RCS simulated in Tomcat's radar?
  7. Thx for the help and suggestion! I will do that.
  8. Just had another disconnectiondcs.log I connected twice to a server, once at 00:09 and once at 00:40. The "random" disconnection happened at 00:47. All other internet connections were working normally. And there is nothing special in the event viewer, but I did recorded my IP address and it changed. Well, nothing changed in my ipconfig, but my public IPv4 address changed after the disconnection.
  9. It is connected per Wi-Fi. Thx! I am going to play on the server again in the next few days, will pay attention to this.
  10. Hi Flappie, Sorry. Here is the whole dcs.log file.dcs.log And I will read the post in your reply. Thank you very much! No. I have a O2 Homebox 6441.
  11. dcs_log.txt It seems like that I will disconnect from the server around a special timepoint (0:50 in UTC TZ, +- 10 mins). In my case, it does not really depend so much on MT or ST, or OB version. I found the dcs.log and read it, but I am not really familiar with the log. The txt file here is only a part of the dcs.log around the disconnection, but I guess it's enough? May anyone give me some help? Is there anything special in dcs.log? Or it is more possible, that some settings from my router is causing the disconnection?
  12. Hi, Here is my tacview file.Tacview-20230401-213334-DCS-RS_Tutorial M02_CMS_IR.zip.acmi The mission does not go further after the missile launch and I have tried this tutorial multiple times. Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug?
