I notice the resolution is the same for all the different settings, 5408x2736: 72hz, 80hz, 90hz with the slider all the way to the right. Is this new? Seems with my GPU, RTX3060Ti, 72hz would run better?

As far as I can tell, the latest Occulus app version in v50 on the Meta site? How did you get v53? update: forced a repair and it was updated to v53

well, I went into mission editor and found the JDAM target. It's position is N30-30-02 E47-48-02. Put that in the JDAM and BAAMM, house blows up. The Jeep got away because Smoke bugged out again. Just realized this is supposed to be in Raven One section...not Dominant Fury- sorry

So my JDAM keeps missing at N30-30-04 E47-48-04. I went back to town and saw the building. On active pause I was able to lock on the house with ATFLIR. The ATFLIR lock position was at N30-30-03, E47-48-04. Did anyone have problems with the coordinates or was I flying too erratic and the JDAM missed. Will try again with the ATFLIR coordinate.

Been trying to complete this mission...Mostly due to my lack of skill to get ATFLIR to mark the truck, I got 62% then had to use my JDAM to finish. I ordered Smoke to drop on the house but he bugged out. He ejected but his jet was still flying and kept crashing and bouncing. By this time I was so low on gas I left Bowser without saying good by. Tanked with 1000 lbs left and managed to get enough fuel for an easy CASE 1 landing. No celebration, easter egg, nothing. Will have to re do this when I have a good 2 hours to myself. I started at the AAR point this morning and still didn't get it done. Smoke killed the truck, but when I dropped the JDAM on the house- silence from Bowser. Circled around until it was bingo fuel.

Figured out what I was doing wrong- I select stations instead of weapon so I get no steering and pickle instruction. Once I select the GBU, then Jester starts telling me steering directions

This is what I am missing! he says 'laser on', but nothing else. I should tell him to select target then.

I have been practicing with the LANTIRN pod in the IA Follow the Target mission. My GBU keeps missing, even when I pickle on top of the house. Jester seems like he had it lock. What am I missing?

took me quite a few tries. I completed by ordering the wingman to bomb the runway and I did the MiG CAP. We both turned on AB and led the MIGs out to the Tomcats. That wing man followed me on final back to the Stennis =).

I have been tweaking my VR for the last week and noticed that my RTX3060ti is using 100% of the VRAM all the time. I tend to set graphics as high as I can tolerate low frames. After reading a few post about high texture setting, I bumped mine down to medium and that gave me some VRAM to play with. I can even set my SS in OTT to 1.2. I can't tell if the texture is degraded. Everything looks great, runs smooth even in Syria with terrain texture set to high and I am skimming the tree tops. This is in MT and ST settings. Anyone know what the texture setting does to the VRAM?

I tried bumping my DCS to 1.5 PD. It looked so gorgeous, but of course not playable. Even with a 3080ti, it's not possible? My goal is to run w/o ASW as well. I am running at 90hz with 30hz ASW in OTT and it runs smooth even for a moderately busy mission. I do notice bandits get blurry when they fly by close to me. My frame is still 30 fps, but it seems like ASW is kicking in. Running without ASW is important to me as well.

what refresh rate do you run? I am currently on 90HZ but it seems too high.

Do you use OTT or ODT? What are your Oculus settings?

I wish I got the G2 instead. Now I get to pick a new GPU or VR Headset, not both.

Your settings are so modest! I run higher settings on my RTX3060ti. Am I way off? I run 90Hz slider all the way to the right, High Texture/High Terrains MSAAx2. PD 1.1. I do use 30HZ ASW. Maybe I should turn my settings down?

Interesting, do you run at 120Hz? what do you set your MSAA at? Trying to make my MDFs clearer with pixel density.

I run a Quest 2 with a RTX3060ti and my pixel density is set at 1.1. I am hoping to upgrade to a 3080 at least. Those running 3080s or higher, what are your pixel density? How does this change the appearance or your VR graphics?

Did you make a profile for the MT exe? it is in a different bin folder.

I got tired of switching DCS between 45 fps limit and Max. I play pancake version when I have to keep an eye on the kid. I set OTT to 45 ASW, forced and it seems to work. I have been running in MT and get stutters in MP when I switch to external view and F10 map. Still playing with PD settings. I have a RTX360Ti and 1.2 is pretty much all it can take. Multiplayer is OK if I am just flying around by myself.
