From a 21″ FHD monitor to a 24″ FHD? This is definitely a strange idea. 24 FHD is, if I'm correct, 91.79 PPI and that's the same as QHD 2560 × 1440 in 32". So 32" QHD will be the same to your eyes as 24" FHD. If you're thinking about a better GPU and a better monitor, the 27"/32" QHD is much better for DCS flight simulator.

Personally, I have a car seat and I am satisfied. The only problem is that the seats are designed to be installed in the car and it may be more difficult to build them somewhere else, or to add wheels to the seat. Skilled hands and a workshop with tools will be needed. However, if the first priority is not design, but comfort and longevity, there is probably nothing better or cheaper.
