Bonjour à tous ! Je découvre le module du Mirage F1. Très belle réalisation. En qualité d'ancien navigant pendant 38 ans, j'ai toujours eu l'occasion de voler sur des avions qui m'indiquaient la consommation instantannée des moteurs. Or, sur le Mirage F1, il semble que la consommation instantannée soit un secret bien gardé ! Pas d'indicateur qui permette d'anticiper la consommation. On vole jusqu'à ce que le moteur s'arrête ? On a juste ce que l'on a consommé. Mais ça, je dirais qu'on s'en moque parce que ce carburant consommé ne nous sert plus à grand chose ! Je préfèrerais savoir ce que je suis en train de consommer à l'instant T. Plus sérieusement, y-a-t-il parmi nous tous un ou plusieurs anciens pilotes de Mirage F1 qui pourraient nous expliquer comment ils opéraient pour gérer et prévoir la consommation de carburant, tant à la préparation du vol qu'en vol ? Merci à tous ceux qui pourront éclairer ma lanterne. J'avoue être très gêné de voler sans vraiment savoir ce que je consomme et ce que je dois prévoir pour les minutes qui suivent. Bons vols !

So ! It seems that nobody use Touch Portal with DCS-COINS for the Gazelle SA342... I should try to find a solution by myself !

Hello everyone! I'm a Touch Portal user. I will soon make available the AV8B interface I made for myself. I'm trying to make an interface with the new Gazelle SA342 that the latest version of DCS gave us. Unfortunately, the actual Gazelle's DCS-COINS module doesn't seem to work. The DCS-BIOS module works properly, as there is a complete board interface works with Helios. Is anyone that had the problem and is there a solution, or do we have to wait for the more advanced developers to create a DCS-COINS module compatible with this new SA342 version? J'essaye de faire une interface avec la nouvelle Gazelle SA342 que nous a offert la dernière version de DCS. Malheureusement, le module DCS-COINS de la Gazelle ne semble pas fonctionner. Le module DCS-BIOS lui fonctionne, car il existe une interface complète de la planche qui fonctionne sur Helios. Est-ce que quelqu'un a eu le problème et existe-t-il une solution ou faut-il attendre que les développeurs plus pointus créent un module DCS-COINS compatible avec cette nouvelle version SA342 ? Hello guys ! I hope somebody will help me... My problem is the following : - I have re-installed DCS-Bios and DCS-COINS because after the SA342 module DCS-BIOS was installed, touch portal didn't work normally. - Now touch portal is working in only one way. The way workink is from DCS to TouchPortal. When I modifie the position of one control (switch for exemple) on DCS Screen, the switch on Touch Portal take the right new position. But if I try to modifie this switch from Touch Portal, the switch doesn't activate the control on DCS screen. - I think that DCS-Bios is correctly installed because Helios is perfectly working. - I think that the problem is comming from DCS-COINS installation. But I can't know where ! I have re-installed many time DCS-Coins without any success. Is there somebody who has an idea about a solution ? I have DCS 2.8 and DCS-COINS 2022-11-11. Thank's for help.

Toujours pour ceux que cela intéresse. J'ai bien reçu le boîtier électronique noir pour le palonnier; Tout fonctionne désormais à merveille. C'était bien lui qui était en cause. Un coup de chapeau à VKB qui a pris en charge un problème que la garantie ne couvrait plus compte tenu que j'avais acquis l'équipement il y a plus de deux ans. Tous les fabricants n'ont pas la même politique. C'est aussi ça qui fait le prix d'un équipement de qualité. Bons vols à tous !

Pour ceux que cela intéresse, j'ai recontacté VKB avec un message un peu plus incisif sur le fait que je n'appréciais pas le silence qui m'était opposé après l'envoi des vidéos demandées par le SAV. Eh bien contre toute attente, il m'a été répondu que mes vidéos ont bien été prises en considération et qu'il était alors évident que le petit contrôleur qu'est la boîte noire était bien en défaut. Et, à ce titre, bien que le palonnier n'était plus sous garantie, mon interlocuteur m'a confirmé m'envoyer un nouveau contrôleur. Il m'a demandé si l'adresse qu'il avait dans sa base de données était toujours d'actualité et il m'a envoyé dans la foulée la boîte noire. Je voulais donc rassurer les éventuels pilotes virtuels sur le fait que le fabricant VKB a un service après-vente très efficace, même s'il est un peu lent à réagir et qu'il a pour objectif premier de satisfaire les clients et c'est tellement rare que cela mérite d'être mis en avant et d'être noté positivement. N'hésitez donc pas à contacter le SAv de VBK en cas de besoin. Ils sont très à l'écoute des clients que nous sommes. Merci pour votre aide à tous.

Oui, j'ai tout essayé. Seul le palonnier de la marque est branché. Donc le boîtier noir ne sert qu'au palonnier. Les voyants sont allumés ou pas, ça ne change pas grand chose ! Ce qui me désole c'est que ma configuration est la même exactement qu'au premier jour. Tout fonctionnait bien jusqu'à il y a quelques semaines maintenant. Sans que j'ai rien modifié. J'ai essayé avec un autre palonnier (un SAITEK) et tout fonctionne correctement. il est tout le temps parfaitement reconnu et il fonctionne très bien. Quant au SAV VKB, c'est facile, ils te répondent très rapidement que ce sont tes ports USB qui ne délivrent pas la tension et le courant nécessaires. Après, ils te demandent une vidéo pour montrer que tu ne racontes pas de salade. Et après que tu as envoyé ladite vidéo, là, c'est le silence radio complet, même après plusieurs relances. Pour vendre, ils savent faire, mais pour assumer une éventuelle vraie panne, là il n'y a plus personne... C'est sûrement plus facile de vendre un nouveau boîtier noir à 50€, évidemment. Je crois que je vais finir par m'en faire un collier.

Merci pour cette réponse. Je n'avais pas de palonnier avant, car la configuration est récente. Donc pas d'anciens pilotes perturbateurs; Il est effectivement branché sur un hub alimenté en USB 2. L'alim de l'ordinateur peut-elle être mise en cause ? J'ai une Antec 650 watts. Une carte graphique digne de ce nom. J'ai branché un warthog thrustmaster, une manette de gaz TC16000, une tablette Android avec Touch Portal, un petit écran tactile de 8 pouces et un boîtier avec des sélecteur sur une platine LeoBodnar. Une souris et un clavier, évidemment... Je reste dubitatif sur le fait que tout ces équipements puissent consommer jusqu'à 650 W ! C'est pourtant ce qu'avance VKB sur le fait que le palonnier ne soit pas ou plus reconnu par moments ou même dès la mise en route de Windows (10). Je suis un peu dérouté, je dois l'avouer.

Bonsoir à tous ! Juste pour savoir si je suis seul. Régulièrement, durant le vol, le palonnier VKB (T-Rudder Mark IV) n'est plus reconnu, ni par Windows, ni par DCS. Il y a même des fois où dès la mise en route de Windows, il n'est pas reconnu. Lorsque j'ai contacté VKB, il m'a été répondu que c'était à cause de l'incapacité de ma carte mère à fournir la tension électrique sur le port USB. Il m'a été demandé d'envoyer une vidéo pour montrer mon problème. j'ai donc envoyé mes deux vidéos et depuis... silence radio ! Quelqu'un est-il dans le même cas et y-a-t-il une solution à ce problème ? Pas de palonnier, pas d'hélico et pas de Harrier ! Merci pour vos réponses.

Hello Pilots ! In the excellent kneeboard manual, there is many references writed in blue after all items (exemple : 6-5, 5). I've tried to find these references without any positive results. So, I've not understood. Is there anybody to explain what are these references ? Thank's for help !

This aircraft is very pleasant to fly. Thanks to the designers for the great quality work. One downside: is it possible to stop the flickering of all the markings on the instruments and displays as well as on the HUD?

Hello guys ! I'm new on this forum. I have discovered the A-4E-C Skyhawk which is a very good Mod to fly. I fly frequently the AV8BNA and helicopters MI8 and Gazelle. So. I use Touch Portal to create specific interfaces for the Mods I fly. The best one I've ceated is for the AV8BNA, using DCS-Coins and DCS-Bios. With the AV8BNA, Touch Portal and DCS are working very properly. I can control many systems and I have the return back about the position or the situation of these systems to create animated buttons or to control a selector or an indication light on the Touch Portal Interface of the concerned aircraft. With the A-4E-C Skyhawk V2.1, it doesn't work at all ! I have the DCS-COINS module for this aircraft and I have effectively on Touch Portal all the controls usable for the A4EC. But these controls don't work on DCS ! DCS is in version 2.8, the A4EC Mod is the 2.1 version and DCS BIOS and DCS-Coins are installed in there latest version. Is there anybody to explain me my mistake ? Thank's for help !
