  1. I am having the exact same issue. I am suprised others have not come forward...
  2. I have a WarBRD with a 120mm Extension , works just fine. I'm sure the CM3 might be better for extensions, but don't discount the WarBRD it works just fine.
  3. Hey DEVS , please acknowledge this is not working as intended, it simply can't be. I don't understand how you can ruin something that already worked. I've been having the exact same PROBLEM. I'm so happy I didn't buy this module. I had been trialing in and loving the OLD FM, and was ready to buy it, but then heard about the new changes. Central Position Trimmer Mode worked flawlessly before, and now it's broken, period.
  4. THISSSS !!! SOLVED ! Please mark it as SOLVED. This is exactly what is causing it.
  5. So I vehemently disagree, this statement of "min req" is Vague and Misleading at best, a Lamborghini from 1974 will STILL outperform a 2023 Toyota Prius. I understand that Xeon users are rare, but you can't just say "i3 or better", the Xeon 5650 outperforms EVERY i3 released from 2010 to 2019. They NEED to make it clear that compatibility issues will arise with the lack of specific architecture sets, rather than due to a "lack of computing power". I believe people should be entitled to a refund, this disclaimer was in no way clear that having a 6 core , 12 Thread, Xeon chip which is technically "better" than an i3, will not run it.
  6. Yes, my friend just posted in another thread detailing the exact same problem, he owns a 2010, Intel® Xeon® Processor X5650 , 6 core, 12 thread. I would HARDLY call that a "bad" CPU , on paper it has more Cores / Threads than my i7- 7700k from 2018. I understand it's a 13-year-old cpu, but he can run EVERY other module just fine, and whilst I'm on board with modernizing the DCS platform, I agree with the OP that they should DEFINITELY, absolutely, unequivocally be advertised with a warning, and instructions to verify your CPU meets spec. I think a refund would be appropriate on a limited-case basis for these individuals. They literally have a digital paperweight.
  7. I am the WSO, can CONFIRM , Respect for what you've created, but please fix the compatibility issues. This clearly isn't a hardware issue if he can load into every other jet just fine.
  8. I just simply cannot FATHOM , how a group of people this intelligent, can create the most realistic and dynamic Aviation Combat Simulator in History, but can't fix a few lines of code to fix game-breaking issues. I think why so many people are frustrated here, is because MANY of the problems people are encountering have EXTREMELY easy solutions, that would require minimal effort, I'm talking literally seconds in some cases. FOR EXAMPLE PERSISTENCE: It's actually difficult to comprehend how in 2023, you need to edit the mission.scripting.lua and literally put 4 "dashes" behind 2 lines of code , in order to be able to save a mission. How is this something that cannot be made into a setting? CONTROL MAPPING CONSISTENCY: This one drives me nuts; When trying to bind a new aircraft, you're sitting in the cockpit and you hover over a switch/handle/lever etc... and it comes up as let's say " TDC Slew Left". Okay, so now you go to the controls page and search " TDC Slew" ..... BUT WAIT, NOPE, it's called something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT in the menu. There's absolutely no reason for this; it can be fixed extremely easily and will help new players immensely when learning what things do. Clickable Cockpit Mode : So for nearly every single aircraft, you have the ability to bind the control "Clickable-Cockpit Mode" it's default as Alt+c , then you hop into the Mig-21 , and it's nowhere to be found... It's called "Transpose Mode" or something dumb like that, and not bindable to the mouse. Like none of this stuff passes the sniff test. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate having new modules as much as everyone else, but like maybe instead of spending every waking minute making new planes, the devs could dedicate some time to fix major Quality of Life issues, and better optimizing the platform. Or even bring in some outside help, perhaps developers with experience in Graphical User Interface design and aesthetics.
