KYLANIA, thanks so much for taking the time out to help me, you have been a tremendous help getting me through this. For me it`s always the "Journey" and your words and input have inspired me to continue. I do have the Saitek X-65F so I do have the tools to figure this out but the lexicon is all new to me. I just got it as a gift two days before I downloaded this Sim so i`m trying to put it all together in my head. Too much info for a right brained person!! Do you know if anyone has configured the prime commands to this Saitek model? One thing I have noticed is that when I have my RIGHT MFCD is in SOI I also have an ( * ) on my HUD is that possible ? vegachavez (Harbinger)

Two last questions, so there is no trigger key to fire the Mav like in game mode...if there is a key what is the keyboard assignment ? Next the differences between SOI/SPI ?

Is there a single key command for a LOCK-ON? I`m assuming it`s a process of combination of commands. I got it to work once and got a ground kill but I have not been able to recreate it. I`m having a good time learning though..I jumped out of my seat when the missile was released!!

Please clarify when to use between; ChinaHat 4 ( V key ) and LCTRL up, while using the Maverick AGM. Thanks.

There is no way i`m going to spend hours or days in front of the computer reading the EPIC manual for the A-10! Knowing this I went to Kinkos to get an estimate for a black and white copy of the manual. In short, it cost me $57 dollars and that`s with the holes for me to put in the binder. The manager said that should be the same cost across the nation. Because of its size you should get a discount ...so don`t forget to ask for the bulk discount. I know this is still a lot of money after paying $59 for a Sim, but think of the savings in eye surgery, heart attacks, and high blood pressure from sitting in front of the computer when you could be exercising. :book:

The command LCTRL+UP on the keyboard, do they mean LCTRL+ PAGEUP, or is it the up arrow left of the number pad?

I somehow new you would have an answer. This sim is going to wreck my personal life and eye sight for good measure.

Talking about manuals, has anyone printed it out? I`m thinking of printing it if I can do it under 5 hours and 100 bucks later! Seriously has any one really printed it..I like to hear some details.

I have the Radon 5970 running with an Itel Core i7...950 @ 3.70GHz 3.07 GHz. Should I uncheck it in my options for better FPS?

I the A-10 options what is Tssaa? How does it affect my FPS . Thanks

I`ll give your settings a try...my v. card is the Radon Card 5970 with 6 gigs (Ram) I think with your settings it will play better. Wish I could play it at max settings just to see how it looks.. must look awesome.

Is there anything you don`t know about this plane? This sim sure chews up my FPS! I like it more that the "Falcon 4 Allied Assault " did you ever play it?
