https://imgur.com/a/G7cAok8 About Us NATOJO is an established DCS community that has been carrying out operations since 2021. We have members in North and South America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania (we're collecting all the continents like rare Pokemon cards). We foster a chill environment in our Discord server and love meeting new pilots! We fly a wide range of aircraft, including active squadrons for rarer modules: the Viggen, Mirage 2000C and F1, and JF-17. Overall Vibe NATOJO (or more formally, NATO Joint Operations Task Force Gypsy) falls somewhere between casual and light milsim which we describe as "serious fun." We encourage our members to be as proficient as possible not just in their airframe and weapon abilities, but in their basic airmanship as well. Our operations are taken seriously and we use proper radio procedure, etc., but there are no ranks or demerits being handed out and the day to day environment is friendly and fun. Operation & Sortie Timings We run large scale operations each Sunday at 19:00 GMT. We generally run custom handmade campaigns with the occasional interspersed training or Retribution mission. Come join us this Sunday! Our Squadrons NATOJO is comprised of multiple dedicated squadrons across a variety of aircraft. Those squadrons are: VF-12 "Clinchers" - F-14B Tomcats VFA-137 "Kestrels" - F/A-18C Hornets 609th VFS "Snake Charmers" - F-16C Vipers 17th VFS "White Eagles" - JF-17 Thunder ALA 14 "Sabre" - Mirage 2000C and Mirage F1 F7 "Thunderbolts" - AJS-37 Viggen 1st Rotary Division - Any and all full fidelity rotary modules Requirements to Join All members must have a working microphone, speak English, and be at least 16. need track replay LD10 broken in active mode
whorgleborgle replied to strzelec wyborowy's topic in Bugs and Problems
For those who are new/learning, this is only possible if you bring the KG-600 jammer pod with you. The jammer pod can detect the actual physical location of radar signatures and display them fairly accurately on the HSD. If you do not bring the KG-600, the radar signatures on the HSD will display with the default threat ring schema and are not location accurate. -
[CHK] BRM-1 Pods won't jettison when empty
whorgleborgle replied to stoop's topic in Bugs and Problems
I couldn't reproduce this either. Empty rocket pods jettisoned just fine in a custom SP mission. Seems like a jettison parameter mismatch, but impossible to tell without a trackfile. @stoop were you within jettison parameters? Was your master arm on? Do you have a trackfile so this can be tested? Additional info: -

need track replay LD10 broken in active mode
whorgleborgle replied to strzelec wyborowy's topic in Bugs and Problems
A) As Napillo alluded to, the LD-10 in active mode simply heads towards the SPI, then searches for active radiation sources to target. You can set the SPI via the ground radar, the targeting pod, or via a pre-planned point (WP, SP, or PP). The missile does NOT need the targeting pod outside of setting a SPI , though the original poster seems to be trying to use it for additional targeting use (which may or may not work well depending on whether it can set a SPI beyond 21 miles). @strzelec wyborowytry using LD-10s in active mode WITHOUT using the targeting pod. Bet you get some better results. Active mode absolutely does work without a ground lock in the tpod. Just don't use the pod in the first place. The real bug/test here might be whether the WMD can set a SPI beyond 21 miles. B) This is a bug report forum. Please utilize the guidance found here to actually submit a bug rather than just saying that you think something's wrong. EDIT: for reference, my SEAD/DEAD loadout is two GB-6 SFWs, four LD-10s, and a jammer pod. No targeting pod required. I create WP/SP/PP as needed in the F10 map on known/suspected SAM sites, then confirm their locations with the jammer as required, and launch LD-10s in active mode to those locations. I follow up with GB-6s to clear out ground units. -
[FIXED] SD10 & PL5 exhaust effect is miss-aligned (with solution)
whorgleborgle replied to Kurdes's topic in Fixed Bugs
@Kurdes can confirm your fix for the SD-10 was pushed during this update: However, the PL-5 change was not: @uboats this is what we call an easy win, please include in next update. -
[FIXED] SD10 & PL5 exhaust effect is miss-aligned (with solution)
whorgleborgle replied to Kurdes's topic in Fixed Bugs
@uboats This is still occuring for PL-5s in the new OB, version 2.9.2.49940. Please see attached screenshots. First screenshot is a PL-5 fired from the left wing, the second screenshot is a PL-5 fired from the right wing. So the exhaust effect appears to be offset towards the aircraft just a bit. The SD-10 does appear to be fixed, however. -
[FIXED] GB-6 is still none functional (trk attached)
whorgleborgle replied to My_Name_Jeff's topic in Bugs and Problems
Can confirm, GB-6 SFWs are navigating DIRECTLY at the target like a GB-6 HE would, which means that it prematurely releases the submunitions a considerable distance from the target. This presumably occurs because it reaches the fuse altitude before it reaches the actual target. The GB-6 SFW navigation needs to be fixed so it hits the fuse altitude as it's directly over the target area. Please see attached screenshot, it shows the targets circled in red, plus the actual explosion area of the SFW. It's quite a bit short of the target. -

Might be worth checking on this one again? This is still occurring. -
[FIXED] SD10 & PL5 exhaust effect is miss-aligned (with solution)
whorgleborgle replied to Kurdes's topic in Fixed Bugs
This is occurring in DCS OpenBeta v2.9.1.483350. I set up a generated single player mission to take some screenshots for my squad and noticed this issue. Please see the attached screenshot. This is absolutely still a thing and can be reproduced.
