well maybe not a good news, imagine that they need to rewrite all the tir routines (code) and modules, that may take up to one week + the time it will take for NP to find what's wrong. But it's worth waiting.

You don't have to install any patch. You only have to download setup.exe setup-1.bin setup-2.bin setup-3.bin Don't install any patch because this is the latest beta. Patches are only for those who already had beta 3 installed. For any other question concerning how to fly that thing you must first read the manual located in the program folder ex.: D:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS A-10C Beta\Doc Or you can search the forum and ask question in the right thread. But I suggest you to read the manual first then take the training lesson and you can still look at youtube. There's a lot of tutorial. Hope it help.

Do you have an anti-malware or anti-virus or a firewall blockiing your cookies? Look in the status bar of your web browers to see if the cookies are blocked. The only issue that I experienced was that when I buy it is that the windows stayed blank after the transaction done. So try to enable your cookies (in all softwares that can block them) and try again. Btw, give more info on what browser do you use, anti-virues etc...

And the HUD is way much more bigger than in DCS, It seem more readable too :) Hope someone will fix this soon.

I don't think it's realistic look in that video: http://www.cnn.com/video/?/video/living/2011/01/08/wolf.virtual.battlefield.cnn the hud in the sim look a lot more bigger than in the DCS sim. look at the timeframe 2:23 you see, the guy don't nned his binocular to be able to read what is written in the hud. Hope someone will fix this in a future release because I have that issue too.

Unfortunately, as MTFDarkEagle said since the beta 3 no one has access to the Nellis map. :( Once the map will be complete or fixed, you'll have it as an update.

@Spook, What is the yellow kind like vacuum next to the plane in the Nellis picture that you post?

Maybe you are too close of your screen (TIR5). try to get a greater distance between you and your screen and it should work better. I'm ~3.5 feet away from my screen and I never went out of range of the trackIR.

I'm asking that question here because when I'm trying to do the spin stall I'm using the rudder to rotate on the yaw axis. I tried that method too and doesn't seem to work :

I have another question, is it possible to do a stall spin. I tried, but, I'm not able. I'm able to stall, but It doesn't seem to spin and I always recover imidiately. And is possible to stall that plane at the point where it's impossible to recover from the stall. Thanks

Hi, I need help on this topic and on the rudder usage. When I use the rudder pedal, let say the left one, the aircraft start rolling on the left. In the option menu, my saitek pedal has only the rz axis assigned. So the question is, why when I use the rudder, the plane rotate 1-2 sec. on the yaw axis and then start rolling as if I were using the joy x axis?

@Rusty Start reading (learning) the manual, this is not falcon, there's a lot of thing to read. It took me about 15min. Only to find out why the anti-collision lights switch didn't stay at on :( So while you are waiting your new setup, read, read, and, well, read ;)

Well, as I just spent 200$ on the track ir you can understand that this is not because I have a strong willpower to wait for the boxed version. But, I'm Still staring at the add in cart button. I always prefer to have a boxed version of a software, but, if I can know that buying it now will save me some $ (for not having to pay an extra to have the nevada map) I would buy it now. Damn, I liked Falcon, Freefalcon, and blackshark, so, can you imagine how much I want that game. Maybe you're right, I have a strong willpower. My name is Luke, so the Force is with me ;)

Well yes, just need to practice a bit. For take off, and landing, knowing the wind heading help a bit. Have rudder pedals help too. It should be unplayable without these.

I completed that mission 2 times and one time I've been shot down. But, never be able to complete that mission without losing 1 or 2 convoy trucks, does someone did it without losing anything ? The Stinger man is located near the house, so, throw a bunch of rockets in the forest and another bunch of rockets in the little village. The way I did it is in auto Hover, and turning around the village, while shooting everything I got. wish there is no civilian in this area :) well, if there was, they are no more ;)

But, I asked that question because I read somewhere in this forum that people who pre-ordered the full version will have the nevada map for free, the same map that they will sell as an add-on later for people who will buy the boxed version. This is why I'm asking if I'll have the nevada map too if I'm pre-ordering the full version, which give me the opportunity to download (from now) the beta 3 version only (older beta are no more available). If I'm buying A-10c beta, I'll get the beta 3, but what about de nevada map? Will I have to purchase it? Or, I'll have it like others who buyed the first beta? Please someone, let me know asap, because I spent the last 3 days staring at the "add in cart" button wondering if I should buy it now or if I should wait the boxed version.
