  1. This issue drives me wild, Aerges needs to fix it. Its clearly a problem with their module specifically and it makes the interior AND exterior look HORRIBLE. Such a beautiful plane being represented this way is sad...
  2. This happens on flat displays too, and is not exclusive to any one part of the module. The entire module has major shimmer. Something is wrong with it. Aerges needs to review it and solve it. Even the exterior paint shimmers more than all other modules combined.
  3. After DAYS of working at this, I have FINALLY found a workaround that I can reproduce with 100% success rate: Workaround for AFCS failing after repair on MiG-29A (Full Fidelity) IMPORTANT: When going for a repair at an airfield, don't try to realign gyros or nav or anything. Don't flick any switches after landing other than exactly what I say here: Shut off engines (right alt + home, right shift + home) Turn ground power on Repair Turn ground power on again (cuz it disconnects when repairing) Turn engines back on CTRL + T to neutral trim Left Alt + 9 to redo AFCS BIT test If you do anything else (change gyro settings, realign nav, turn off the afcs switch and turn it back on, it WILL break and be unrecoverable). Here is a track with proof of multiple consistent reproductions of this workaround: https://www.mediafire.com/file/1dddac66n3uon2f/Through_The_Inferno_CCS_v2.3.8-20250921-233402.trk/file
  4. You missed part of the test. You need to take damage and then repair. And this is in multiplayer. Here is a multiplayer track where this is encountered.... constantly, sorry its too large for the forum upload. https://www.mediafire.com/file/lrajiyiruh0u0pw/Through_The_Inferno_CCS_v2.3.8-20250921-211620.trk/file I've tried all kinds of alternate methods like realigning gyros, nav prep, and resetting AFCS. NOTHING fixes it whatsoever. We tried hundreds of combinations that would literally be gigabytes of tracks. I included what I can. Every single user I have asked to repair their MiG-29A has been unable to get the AFCS to work after. Every single one. Additionally, ive only managed to get it to work ONCE after a repair, and it was by turning on ground power before repair, not touching anything at all, and then just starting engines back up, CTRL T to neutral trim, and then Left Alt 9 to rerun the bit test for AFCS. Thats the only way I got it to work. This is a big pain in the butt of an issue. I should be able to realign my nav and change other things without fearing that AFCS will break for no reason.
  5. This issue constantly happens. Spent hours trying to fix it. AFCS only works on initial flights, never works again after repairing at an airfield and restarting the exact same way.
  6. Literally every person I know has problems with AFCS, including me. And instead of always asking for a track, QA should be adhoc testing it like a natural user. Do multiple flights, land, shut down engines, repair, then try to turn afcs back on... it doesnt work.
  7. Beautiful! Is this still being developed?
  8. This is 1000% the kind of fun feature we need. It should really be standard across all DCS aircraft to be able to walk around externally and then climb the ladder. HB and others are working on exterior flight checks, which is a great idea too. C-130 module beating everyone with a full first person character is wild.
