  1. Yes, if it was for me, I wanted to say no new video yesterday because the two last ones were on friday
  2. And no video of the mig 29 from wags, it is the silent before the storm
  3. R_0xD

    Visible GPU

+1 but it is not a priority
  4. I know, that's why I am saying to reuse the assets of the future FC SU-25 remake, the only remaining part will be the coding part and they could sell it for 60 or 70$ while using the "free" 3d model and textures. It would save ressources and the free su 25 will not be a total lost of money for ED
  5. Yes but I think it is something good to make for 2027 because the art is already there and not outdated, so it should be good to avoid bad ressources management to make before the art of the su 25 are outdated
  6. I don't think it is a big deal, they real pilots have it and it is not a problem for them, I think it will be a bit distracting for 30 minutes and then, we will forget about it
  7. it is something to consider. they need to be sure it is comercialy good but they also need to have the infos, if they don't have the one or the other, they will not make the module, if they have both, they will certainly do it. I think information is a problem for some red modules and will be the main problem for a moment, thats why our most modern aircraft for DCS is the mig 29A which is from 1980s. Infos for the mig 29 G or S are available, for su 27, I don't know and for su 25 I think enough infos are available but i'm not sure.
  8. Hello everyone, With the upcoming release of the MiG-29A in full fidelity, many of us are curious to see how well it performs commercially. If it turns out to be successful, I would like to propose an idea to Eagle Dynamics: developing a Su-25A in full fidelity. Why the Su-25A? Reusing assets: ED is already working on a remake of the Su-25 for the Flaming Cliffs series. That means the 3D models and textures will already be brought up to modern standards. For a full fidelity version, the focus would mainly be on programming and systems, reducing the need for extensive art development. Gameplay diversity: On the RedFor/USSR side, there is a clear lack of full fidelity strike aircraft. The Su-25A would bring much-needed variety and serve as a true counterpart to the A-10C for air-to-ground operations, while keeping its Soviet identity. Historical value and immersion: The Su-25 is an iconic aircraft, still in use by multiple countries today. A full fidelity version would greatly enrich campaigns and scenarios on the eastern side. In short: if the MiG-29A FF sells well, the Su-25A FF could be a logical next step for ED—one that provides a lot of value to players while minimizing redundant development work. What do you think?
  9. no, it like the tracker for a vr headset if you have one, it keep spinning.
  10. This is not exactly what he said, he said they will consider doing it if the A sells well. it is a bit different because even if the A sells well, they have the choice to do it or not. they said the same about FF su 27 and FF su 25
  11. Thank you, it is fixed. I'm sorry it was such an easy fix I should've seen it and then tell you. Anyway thank you for this little addition that add so much to make us discover the world of WW2 dogfight
  12. a canard is the little wings on the front of the main wings, sorry for my english, I french
  13. How does it works? I tried to install it in the main DCS folder, firstly with OVGME, it didn't work and then I copied CoreMods and Mods folders in the main DCS folder and it didn't work, In my settings, I don't have any new category of inputs and in game, when I press space, it doesn't fire But, I can chooses ammo type in the ME, so it is recognized by DCS but I can't fire
  14. I really can't wait for it to be out!!
  15. Theorically in September (or October if you are pessimist) this is what they said
  16. If the issue is true, I think it will be fixed with the release of the FF Fulcrum
  17. But me, I will definitely buy the MiG-29 stick and ffb base from winwing
  18. Ok, thank you, I think I will just wait for things to be official
  19. Soon we will fly this beauty in full fidelity, it is really good. I hope there will be more Russian/Soviet jets from 1970 to our days
  20. Sorry, I didn't see this. Do you know where I can find this and what popular Redfor aircraft they want to do except for the already planned one? I will not take this as a true thing but as a rumor to stick on it
  21. I feel like if the "credible" F35 module is liked by the customers, ED may consider recent Russian aircraft with "credible" level of simulation. For older aircraft like mig 23 or su 22, everything is possible. This is what I believe
  22. I was estimating the impact by my knowledge, I didn't know that the f15e have independent mirror. If it works well, that is a good news.
  23. Too much ressources for some computer, in VR, it could lead to horrible performance. Now,in VR, it calculate one camera for each eyes and one camera for the mirrors. If you control each mirrors, you must calculate one camera per mirror.
  24. Hi, I want to thank ED and Winwing for their incredible work. I started with flight simulation when I was very young, at about five years old. I didn't understand anything at all, but I really liked it. That was with Lock On: Modern Air Combat, and I was just playing with a keyboard and mouse. Soon after, I switched to Pacific Fighters and Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X, which were more accessible for me because they were much more arcade-style. When I was seven or eight, my parents took me to an airshow at a military base near where I live. It was fantastic, and it made me want to dive deeper into simulation. I searched online and found DCS World. My parents and I bought a T.Flight Hotas X, and after I downloaded DCS, it reminded me of the simulator I had played before—I remembered Lock On. I flew with the T.Flight until I was 13 or 14, then I bought a second-hand X55. It was great, but not as good as I had hoped. I then bought some modules like the Su-33 and the F-15C. Years later, I added the F/A-18, and a few weeks (or maybe months) ago, I ordered the FF Fulcrum. Eventually, the throttle of the X55 broke, so I replaced it with a Thrustmaster Warthog throttle. Then, wanting a more premium stick, I bought the Winwing Orion 2 F16EX. The combination of the Warthog throttle and the Orion 2 stick is amazing. The TM throttle is very good, but the Orion 2 stick is way better than I expected. I really love it; it feels truly premium. A few months ago, I saw some information about Winwing's new FFB base (the Cyber Taurus). As a huge fan of Russia and its military, due to my family and cultural background, I was already really hyped for the FF Fulcrum. Then, during your live stream at FSExpo, you announced a MiG-29 stick and throttle grip. I was amazed—I couldn't believe it! I was waiting for a good reason to switch my throttle, and I finally found it. Thank you for this. You can be sure that I will be buying your MiG-29 hardware and your FFB base. I also wanted to thank ED for this simulator, especially DCS. It is something truly outstanding. I heard that Winwing's hardware will be linked to DCS like no other device. I don't know what that means. I am a Computer Science student and can't quite picture what that entails. Could you please explain it a bit? Thanks. To both ED and Winwing: you have brought me closer to my dream of flying a fighter jet. This dream is almost impossible for me because of my poor eyesight; I can't even join the military or become a civilian pilot. You both make it possible for me to be in the place I want to be, and I thank you for that. Finally, I also wanted to thank the community. Even if there have been some tensions in the past (e.g., with Razbam), you are all still here to support the simulator. Like everyone else here, you are driven by a passion for simulation, and I thank you for that as well.
