I'm not getting the advisory yellow lights on my gauge either. Should I have them on in this scenario? EKRAN is fine, warnings on there, but no lights? JJM

If you tried to download V2 it mighjt not have been 'authorized' by the admin overthere just yet. Pm me an email address and ill send the updated file your way. I'll include install instructions too for manual installation. JJM

* Update* I have just uploaded Version 2 to Lockonfiles. I noticed a graphical 'tear' in the original. Thank god for smartphones! Any problem with the V2 version, would some kind soul send me a pm and I'll sort it. JJM

Fixed it. Messed around in the .lua's and after a few attempts got rid of the god-forsaken rasta lines. :D:D NVG is crystal clear. Yay! JJM

I have had to re-map some of my keyboard keys again (MS Sidewinder X6 keyboard) because of the software I use with it. I could not fathom out why the keys did not work. Go into options>controls and re-map the commands again with your keyboard keys. Instead of '\' for comms, when i re-mapped it, the key showed as 'OEM 102', then it worked. Give it a shot. JJM

Hi All, Currently enjoying the Sidewinder 2 Force Feedback joystick. I have a question though regarding the 'Trim'. In the 'Options' page, which is the most realistic setting to choose for Trimming with a FFB controller? I have 'Central Position Trimmer Mode' currently selected. When using the NVG, i am having a hard time getting used to the 'raster lines' effect. For some strange reason I am experiencing symptons akin to 'motion sickness'. Not good. Is there a way to remove these raster line effects? I have tried the black & white mod, but, prefer the traditional green. If anyone knows how, please let me know. Many thanks JJM :helpsmilie:

*Update* Installed the MS stick, no problems. Just need to know how to alter the 'Trim Kick' im getting, its creating unwanted input. Can I tone it down somewhere in the lua files or options? JJM

Thanks again for the replies. Great news on the multiple controllers being recognised. The lack of buttons on the MS stick will not really dampen the party. Going to set it up later this evening. Any drivers req. for the MSSFF2, or is it the usual MS plug and play procedure? Its been ages since i used a FF stick, I had the original rev.1 joystick from MS, way back when. JJM

Thanks for the replies folk's, At first, the lack of buttons and one less Hatswitch (compared to my X36f) did concern me. However, if I can use the MSFF2 alongside the X36/45 combo it shouldnt be that bad. I can re-map the throttle units array of buttons to other 'important' ones I had on the X36 cyclic. Just want to experience the feel of Force Feedback with this amazing helo'. How many controllers does BS support all plugged in together? That way I can still use my Throttle unit from the X45? JJM

Hi All, Title says it all really. Currently using a mix/mash setup of Saitek X36F (Cyclic) and X45 Throttle. Worth going to the MS joystick for the Force Feedback? Is it easy to setup? Any known problems etc... Thanks in advance JJM

Hello again, Just a quick question on Visibility. I would like to reduce the Land draw distance in-game. If I change the Visibility Option to Medium, will this affect the Object Draw Distance as well?, dont want the buildings and trees to be popping up right in front of me. What option do you fellow pilots use for realistic vis values.? Thanks JJM

Thanks for the reply, will force CCC options. Shame about the Crossfire, never mind, still great performance. Does it make any noticible difference if V-Sync is enabled/Disabled in Black Shark? Is there an FPS limit somewhere in the config files to set? Thanks for the advice. JJM
