  3. i lavori proseguono....
  4. thank you very much No1sonuk i will try and tell you if it works.
  5. good evening everyone, if I put in the arduino sketch with dcs bios, both the commands for 18 together with those of 16 work the same or do I have to upload a new sketch divided by the two modules? thank you very much for helping
  6. small upgrades in the experimental phase .... and new 2nd screen
  7. thanks a lot guys, it was just the wrong command line, it was enough to replace "8" with "e"
  8. hello, I made a panel of the airplane gear lever but the light on the lever does not turn on. I am attaching the arduino diagram what is it that I am wrong
  9. finally a post where to deal with CNC cutting. thank you very much for your considerations, as soon as the work allows me I will do some tests. thanks thanks thanks
  10. what kind of screens are they? I'm looking for something similar too
  11. how did you build the wing lever?
  12. hello, what screens did you use? how did you connect them? you are doing a really beautiful job, you have managed to concentrate everything you need but also to make it really beautiful. compliments!!
  13. truly a fantastic job !!! compliments!!
  14. the engravings are perfect !! great job ... why didn't you try to puncture your pockets with the laser? i know many pc modders use it on plexy up to 6mm.
  15. hi shark, have you tried to sand lightly? or before milling, cover the piece with paper tape so it shouldn't create too much slag. well I too would like to buy the laser, let me know how it goes !!
  16. i have tried several times but arduino always gives me error. which libraries should I enter? how is the code written to read more oled? thanks for anyone who can answer
  17. as you can see, I made the writing on black colored wood, but the work is the same also for the plexy, or rather more precise because it has no veins. I used the tip supplied with the knife 3018, 0.1mm deep ADF - 4 mm 1-2.. - 6 mm A/P, IFF.. - 5mm
  18. hello, don't worry, unfortunately it is easy for us newbies to make mistakes and want to give up, but I assure you that when you do it it is an immense joy !! I ask you the settings you used to mill the plexy. forward speed? depth of cut? tip thickness? as for the letters I suggest, if you use fusion, to make passes with the tip 0.2 mm of 0.1 mm and letter height not less than 4 mm. the most difficult letters are: A - M - R I made them like this and they turned out quite well. do some tests. I'm close to you, don't give up !!
  19. well ...... this weekend the material should arrive (in the meantime I try with 2 screens), how do I enter the data with DCS BIOS in arduino?
  20. thanks, I'll do a test ..... for the arduino code just copy the line in DCS bios?
  21. thank you very much, but how does it work? forgive me but for me it is the first time that I face an electronics job.
  22. hello everyone, I would like to insert these on my ufc, how many can I install on a mega 2560 card? thank you
  23. thank you all for the help you have given me to solve the problem. now everything works perfectly, I only have button n ° 2 which occasionally gives me the ghost signal. here is the completed ufc. as soon as I can find the way to mill the plexy I make the new front panels, for now I'm happy !! thanks thanks thanks!!
  24. hi sharkfin61, I have the same identical one .... if you need help just ask .... the only thing I haven't been able to do yet is mill the plexy to make the last layer of the panels, for now I'm satisfied of 4mm engraved wooden panels and I went over the writing with a very fine white pen. I will follow your posts to see if you have better luck than me with the plexy .. anyway it's a great car I'm having a lot of fun ...
