  1. Hey guys, there's a new image of the WIP breifing screen. T-Bone
  2. LOMAC only allows cutscenes in campaign files, which cannot be shown online. Sorry. T-Bone
  3. No that's definitely not supported. It isn't very important for F-15 pilots either, as this will be an F-15 campaign not an A-10/Su-25 one. You do realize that if you click on the map options button in LOMAC for a mission, you can switch to satellite view which gives you a color picture of the actual terrain? T-Bone
  4. That can be done with an avi movie as well. Also the LOMAC ingame map itself supports a satellite view. T-Bone
  5. Why do you want images when movies can show images as well? T-Bone
  6. FC 1.1 and 1.11 recognizes avi files with the xvid codec. This enables us to make movies inbetween missions. T-Bone
  7. There will be two types of install packages: one for just missions and one with the GUI, cutscenes, music, and everything else. I recommend the second just for atmosphere and to give the game a new feel. T-Bone
  8. The grey area is going to be changed. Once again this work in progress and the loadout screen has not yet been finished. Obviously I'm not going to leave it as it is. T-Bone
  9. The work continues... While our testers are busy testing out the first set of missions and Glowing_AMRAAM is shooting cutscenes for the campaign, we've been preparing a new User Interface appearance. The purpose of this will be to give LOMAC a sense of story that it was missing before, and would have been importnat because it only has a linear campaign engine. The new menu apperance will seek to reinforce that sense of background and involvement in the campaign. Here are some shots of work in progress: T-Bone
  10. Hey guys, the mission's are now being tested with 1.11 and Glowing_AMRAAM and I have begun work on the cutscenes. We are also working on some new menu graphics for the campaign to give LOMAC a fresh new feel. Here's a preview to whet your appetite. T-Bone
  11. Hey guys, I was just wondering if there was a way to add aircraft to countries? For example if I wanted to create a campaign with Georgia under the United Islamic Federation, I'd also like to add IRIAF Su-27s and F-14s... is this possible? T-Bone
  12. Check this site for more info: http://blackseaops.com/BSO/
  13. Hey guys, I just installed the Cat 5.8s and I am now getting random reboots with them for some reason especially when I am looking at ground units or fire on the ground. Is there anything I am doing wrong? I turned off hardware acceleration in DXDiag in the sound tab by the way before someone makes any smartass comments. T-Bone
  14. Hmmm, I wonder if it will be an Israel vs Arabs scenario? Might cause some political backlash like IAF. T-Bone
  15. D-scythe work? T-Bone
  16. You do not need to, but why not? It includes much more atmospheric terrain for different seasons! T-Bone
  17. Hey guys, I was wondering if there was a way in mission editor mode to set the satellite view as default view when you start a campaign. Does anyone know? Thanks. T-Bone
  18. T-Bone
  19. Yeah also we want to replace the menu music with the soundtrack from The Rock, just to make it more atmospheric :) T-Bone
  20. I am working on some new menu screens for the upcoming F-15 campaign release. Do you think they add atmosphere? T-Bone
  21. Hey guys is there a way to change the resolution ingame to 800x600? Thanks T-Bone
  22. I remember somewhere people had been adding new countries and respective skins for the aircraft. What ever happened to this? T-Bone
  23. Did you read what I wrote? 100% of the audience would agree that there are major issues (IE MP stability) that need to take higher priority over planes for EITHER west or east markets! T-Bone
  24. Fact of the matter is that 90% of the Western Audience will not give a hoot about the Ka-50. We all know this. However, adding a flyable western plane seems like the logical choice, hence you see the F-16 in LOMAC 2. This is fine and I personally would love to see a flyable Viper in the LOMAC-verse, but in between the point is there needs to be major gameplay changes in order to have the product last. You need more stable multiplayer and a good IMMERSIVE campaign (I am not even asking for a dynamic one) before anything else. T-Bone
  25. Raven, USAF is a game made by Janes in 1999. T-Bone
