  1. AZERTY? How do u turn it on? And would that change how the clickable cockpit works?
  2. Hello, I am flying the first campaign and third mission. All of the sudden, I am not able to click any buttons in the cockpit anymore. I thought that maby I had pressed clickabel cokpit off somehow, but Lalt+c doesn't change a thing. Am I missing something or is there a bug of some kind? *edit* Also, weirdly enough only half the commands on keyboard work now. So, I can pause, but not use active paus (tried to see if that would change anything). I can't look up my score either. Also, I can click stuff. Sort of. But they are all misplaced. For example, pull fire handle can be clicked from underneat the right screen *edit again* ok, it started working again, for no apparent reason. been alt-tabbing in and out of the game now a few times and now its working. Might happen when i press the ä key to check the score. never happened before.

Most things concerning the DCS series seems complicated at first, but once you get the hang of it.. well you know :) So, I'll try it out and get back here in complete panic when it goes to hell :smartass: I added the mission. *edit* Oh, and I did manage to get radio item to work, and the AFAC to take off.   4. Hi, I need your expertise for a MP-mission, please. I want to have an A10 on hold at a friendly airport. At player command the AI would take off and act as AFAC. What's the easiest way to make this trigger player controlled? I.e. to allow the player (any player) to use the radio to command the a10 to take off. I tried Add radio item, but it didnt show up. Also I read somewhere that this only works for the host in multiplayer. One way would be to have a player blow up a dummy tank (it would act as a big red panic button. shoot this for help, sort of), but that's just silly.

  6. Lately Vikhrs just go towards the ground and dont start spiraling along the laser. Is it because of wind or something else? Tower says 9 m/s. Laser is on, and it happens in both auto and manual. Target is locked, range shows up. Nothing out of the ordinary, I've been doing this for a long time, and only encountered this a few times. I don't have a track, yet at least. I played the second mission in op medvedev, i.e. the one where you shoot the AA-emplacement to allow the friendly heli to drop troops. Missiles just hit the ground, so I have to go in close and use cannon.

  8. I've made a MP-mission with both A10s and BS for the players to use. It seems that you have to start the corresponding sim and therefore decide beforehand which platform you want to use when in game. If you join in A10 and want to fly the BS, the heli just takes off on ai and heads towards the first waypoint :pilotfly: If you join in the BS sim, the helis work like normal. Is this how it's supposed to be or am I doing something wrong?
  9. Yes, True. I stumbled upon that a while ago while testing my own mission. From then on all I have used is that. A good question is which percentage to use.
  10. Yes, all on. Seems Mavs are working normally now. Just me fumbling. The CBUs are still a mystery though. Of course they have been working normally now that I am trying to save a track.
  11. I'll post a track as soon as I can reproduce it. I didn't think of saving one before as I thought it would be a simple case of pushing the right button.
  12. Nevermind, mavs seem to work normally now. CBUs still go white and fail to drop sometimes. I'll save a track whenever it happens and post it. Maby I can get an explanation as to what I'm doing wrong. If it happens to mavs ill do the same. Thanks :) EDIT Yes, CBUS are aligned, mavs have timed 3 mins and SOI. This didnt happen before last patch not 1.1.1.1, so seems like a feature = me not knowing what I'm doing. EDIT again I align for drop a few miles out, line in the middle, the counter starts dropping until it says release. Long press. Then nothing. Sometimes, that is.
  13. Master arm on. At the moment I can drop 105s and gbus, but mavs stay white and dont show image in mav screen.
  14. There is probably an obvious answer to this. Sometimes weapons are white when selecting them in dsms and won't fire. Why is this and how can I correct it? Can happen to Mavs as well as CBUs. After a while they go green, but I haven't figured out the logic. What am I doing wrong?
  15. I've never actually managed to get random group spawn like the one Grimes suggested. Only at mission start have I got groups to spawn properly at random. The last one seems logical though, and I'll give it a shot. Randomstuff has always been a pain for me. On the other hand I did almost fail statistical theory in math class. Odds n' shit. The thing is, a mission gets lots more replay value if you never know where units will spawn. So it's kinda important.
  16. Read a line in the official updates section. "The next big items are the 3D object tree forests". Does this mean trees will be potent foes now? As in you can crash into them? And not invisible to enemies? Cuz that would be cool. Sorry if this is a repost.
  17. Oh, one more thing. How do I use the stop command for AFAC/JTAC? Also, does the invisible command have to be in a specific order?

  19. The problem: AFAC and JTAC give the no more tasking available even though there are plenty of enemies. Multiplayer mission. This is really irritating. And I apologize for posting something that has been discussed before. I just haven't found a good answer. I've got a predator that actually gives a couple of targets, but not the ones I had in mind. The predator is circling over the target area at 12000 feet to avoid getting shot down. I've also got a JTAC hmmv at 1,5 km distance on a hill overlooking the target area. He also gives no more tasking. All groups spawn at mission start. How do I get them to work? If I use FAC -assign target it all gets very predictable.
  20. Just one dumb quesion. I'll install the full version rather than the patch. Will keybindings work if I save them or do I need to do them again? I am assuming they will, but just to be sure :)
  21. Well, that's a disappointment. I'll just use waypoints then. Gets a bit heavy with several groups with lots of WPs each :)
  22. Is there an easy way to get vehicles to patrol? So far ive just added a bunch of waypoints. But say i wanted them to drive in a circle? Or circle a set number of waypoints? Silly when attacking a city and every enemy vehicles are just sitting there.
  23. I can also add that the same units do appear in multiplayer. I forgot about the infantry I had placed in the mission. I changed the mission to multiplayer, and behold, there was a firefight where I had placed it.
  24. I've been trying to make a mission in the editor in BS2. Infantry in the editor don't show up in the actual mission. They show on map both in editor and in game, but not in the game world. I.e., when I press f10, klick the unit, and press f7, all I see is the nearest FARP-vehicle. Also when I fly over the area, there are no infantry units. SAM-infantry works. Anyone else encountered this? Am I doing something wrong?
  25. I did use the torrent :/ Maybe someone can email me the file if shit goes to hell and BS2 wont start? The corrupted file is navgraph.dag. Any friendly soul could maby PM me if so? Would be greatly appreciated!
