  1. Congrats guys!!!! Only one year???? Man, with all your expertise I almost can't believe that. ;) I would like to thank the STP for their great friendliness and for all my learned lessons from you guys. Without you I still wouldn't know how to use several systems in the Shark. Thanks!
  2. With FC2, all objects have transparency, there is nothing you can really do about it. One good thing, everyone has this transparency.
  3. Only the FogParam settings in "servergraphics.cfg" have effect, also when flying in single player. But once again, if you go online and the server has different settings, you will have a integrity check fail.
  4. When I first got DCS:BS I found the helicopter to be too sensitive aswell. I flew with a slight curve for the first few weeks. After that I switched back to the standard settings, no curves and no deadzones at all. Helicopters do require small and precise inputs, and it takes time to get used to. I use a X52pro by the way. Anyway, I have no experience with other (older) sticks than the X52pro. If the stick doesn't allow precise inputs (no matter centerplay, the X52pro has some, but isn't a problem) I guess you need some curve. My advice is to use some curve and reduce it over time. As the helicopter felt too sensitive in the beginning, it feels perfect now. In other words, training reduces sensitivity aswell.
  5. Please note: FogParam1 = 10; FogParam2 = 1.1; Changing (lowering) these settings coused terrible FPS problems with Blackshark (when Shkval is on). I assume the same happens with the A10 Maverick MFD. 2nd note: These settings are now "server forced". So you will have the server settings no matter what your settings are if you fly at a online server. (see "servergraphics.cfg" in Config folder.)
  6. Awesome! Never knew my first name ment "Lightweight Airborne Recovery System" :D
  7. I would advice not to use a reduced saturation, this will prevent you from using the full range of pull like in reality. I also found that (mainly) the pitch is still too sensitive in FC2 and for sure doesn't come close to reality if you use a short based stick like most of us do. A curve of 25% is much better, though I prefer to use a usercurve. This usercurve will give you enough stability in the area you normally use. Somewhat like using a reduced saturation. Still though, in case you need to pull 100% it's still there (for example, when you want to put your nose at the enemy right now and don't care about speed bleeding off). For roll and rudder, I would use 25%curves with 5%deadzones
