Luza, I would love to use this feature. However, whenever I attempt to input any kind of elevation levels into LASTE such as 06 for 6000 ft (which I think is correct) it comes out as 03 every time. I am not sure if this is a bug or if I am doing something incorrectly but I have followed a tutorial step-by-step. Is anyone else having a similar problem? Edit: Thanks FreeFall, I was looking for that post! To give a better idea of the problem I'm having, if you look at this image (http://www.zen6757.zen.co.uk/Images/LO/5.jpg) you can see under ALT it says 00 and 06. These numbers will always be 03 for me no matter what I type into the CDU. I also recall trying to enter 07 and it coming out as 04 in the LASTE panel, almost random!

I haven't put too much time in since the patch so I can't say for sure. But it does seem that both the joystick and the rudder pedals are suffering from these issues. I'll make sure to edit my post once I've played some more. I'll probably be able to get a better sense of what is going on.

You are right, it doesn't have anything to do with PAC. It seems that my rudder pedals are getting stuck. I am not sure if it's the game or my hardware but at this point I am guessing my rudder pedals are dying. I own Saitek Rudder Pedals and I've read that quite a few people have had problems similar to this. The only strange part is that I am giving no input when it gets stuck, and if I move my rudder pedals, that causes it to 'snap' back. The pedals are also testing fine within the Saitek software and the Axis Tune panel in options. Strange.

Is anyone experiencing some strange behaviours when engaging with the GAU-8? It feels like I'm 'stuck' in PAC-1 mode or my joystick is somewhat unresponsive after I finish firing rounds and release the trigger to move the pipper onto my second target (build 6241)

From a rookie perspective this may be useful when you are attempting to track a target without access to a TGP?

I actually have a follow-up question. Do these settings only affect particular bombs such as the Mk-82 or GBU-12 or any bombs that are used in CCRP mode? I'm also wondering whether wind changes over time or if it stays the same for the duration of a mission.

I had the exact same problem as you. The reason was that I previously had an old copy of DCS: Warthog installed (pre-World). I fixed it by going into C:\Users\<user>\Saved Games and deleting the "DCS Warthog" folder (make sure you don't delete the folder simply called DCS, that is the folder for world), restarting my game and rebinding the keys. I hope this works for you as well flyinghigh!

I have a question for you guys: Emergency Gear Down, what is this button called within DCS World (A10C)? I can't seem to find it anywhere!

Additionally, you could try adding site:http://forums.eagle.ru/ at the end of a Google search to restrict results to the forum. I find this to be more efficient.

I would absolutely love to fly either the F/A-18 or F-16 in DCS. But only time will tell!

I think it's a little unfair to blame Valve here, 9.5/10 games on Steam don't force you to re-download the entire game for an update (as far as I know this is the first game that I own that has done this and I own 80 games on Steam). So I'm going to assume Eagle Dynamics didn't have any time to spend on it, and hey, I'm not complaining, it only took a few hours and I didn't have to do a single thing!

Personally, I'm only interested in the quality of the flight stick since I already have mapped all controls perfectly with an X52 Pro; however, it feels quite loose when it is at center position but I'm assuming that's just how the product is, after all it's only $150, but how is the warthog in comparison?

Hi BBQ, thanks for the PDF. I started learning to fly the A-10C about a month ago and I got so into it that I've now also decided to learn to fly the Ka-50. I am loving it so far, especially TrackIR coupled with the helmet sight and Shkval. I wish the Ka-50 had more complex avionics like the A-10C because it was really fun learning that (and I still only have the basics down) but I am really digging the bird either way.

Hi StrongHarm! This is exactly the problem that I'm having! When I enable the A-10C profile I believe that my CTRL button is "stuck", it shows up on the on-screen keyboard and I get a windows sound like I'm constantly holding CTRL, but how do I rectify this? Thanks! It turns out it's also spamming b! How come so many of my buttons are stuck? I think I'm doing something wrong
