  1. I have the same problem now. The chopper flies well but the stick isn't exactly in its centre. Maybe I still misunderstand the trimming with a force feedback. Is there a topic about trimming with a microsoft force feedback? I found several topics about sticks and trimming without force feedback.
  2. I will get the trackir4 today
  3. Thanks for the link Tbag. I go for the trackir4
  4. OK Guys, Someone experience with trackIr 4 and trackir5? Is trackir5 worth the extra money? Arthur
  5. Beer of course :drink: Thanks guys. Is it better to buy a trackir5 then a trackir4? Is it the extra money worth? Arthur
  6. Hi Guys, I just assembled a new pc for my flightsims. After a long time i will pick my old hobby up. Now I'm wondering what is wise. Buy a trackir or buy pedals? Thanks in advance for your reply's. Regards, Arthur
  7. Hmm, Less services is more resources for the game. When i play FSX the game is running smoother without all those services on. Maybe my system is getting old :( I'm still using the good old P IV (overclocked to 4.2 Ghz)
  8. Hi, Does somebody use AlacrityPC for starting up DCS? http://alacritypc.kensalter.com/ AlacrityPC switch of a lot of services in XP or Vista which you don't need during gaming. When I assign DCS.exe to AlacrityPC I'll get an error message that it can't start lua.exe. With FSX it's working fine and is running much smoother on my pc. Ciao, Arthur
  9. Guys, See this link: http://www.simw.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=dsp_product_details&pid=2084 Anyone experience with it? More then 50 % cheaper then a trackir! Regards, Arthur
  10. At simware still very expensive compared to Amazon. Today I spoke a salesman in a very big shop near Amsterdam and he told me that they don't sell anymore the sticks from ch products due the price. He told me that saitek X52 was very populair and almost has the same quality. It seems that ch products hasn't so much interests in the european market.:( Thats another very good idea!
  11. Where can I buy ch-products cheap in europe? I saw at Amazon that the fighterstick was very cheap compared to some shops in Europe... But due import limitations I can't buy them :furious::badmood:
  12. @s77th-Dante: I have a track-ir (3) kit :megalol: :megalol: I have big hands...(my girlfriend says) is CH okay for the size of my hands? I think I should go for a fighterstick USB?
  13. Thanks a lot guys. It seems that thrustmaster isn't really value for money... @frazer: where did you buy those in the Netherlands? I haven't find a shop yet. Now I will consider which set I will buy. CH products or X52Pro...:joystick:
  14. Thanks guys, still reading some articles on the net but it makes me confused about the Couger. Some like this one the other hates them.. the look is nice but configuration gives a headache?
  15. Hi Guys, i am picking up this sim again so I'm wondering which hotas is the best at this moment. Here in the Netherlands you can buy 2 HOTAS systems at this moment. 1st: Saitek X52 for about 105 Euro. 2nd: thrustmaster Hotas Cougar F16 Replica for about 180 Euro. Of course I did some searching at this forum but I got so many hits..... I was lost in a second :D sorry for asking again...:pilotfly: Thanks in advance!
  16. Thanks a lot Andrew, I will try it right now :D
  17. Maybe a very silly NooB question... But how do I record my own flights in Flaming cliffs? I want to learn of my own stupid mistakes during landing. Is there a possibility to change the camera position during recording? It should be nice to see my landing from the tower (where it will be much safer with my landings :) ) Thank you in advance. Of course I have read the manual but still I do not understand.
