Convoys were part of the 1st Blue Flag concept but they were removed quickly due to lag issues. Now we try again with the new MP protocol to see the results. Convoys currently do not have any active role in the concept but just move around. We need to reach a number of ~50 pilots to get reliable results though. Greg

Hey all, Blue Flag's Round 8 is up for testing in the server. The server is updated to the final stable patch and has integrity check on. Player limit is set to 80 to test. Please report if you get any errors joining or so. Reminder: If you join for the first time you must type red or blue depending on the side you prefer to fly with. Even if free time is limited for the next days (we sent Ciribob on vacations too :D), we will try to bring something new in and not the 8th round. If this fails, I think we will move on in an 8th round in order not to keep the server down for too long. We should know in the following days. Stay tuned. Greg

By monitoring previous flaming comments (not only in this forum) and by your recent youtube descriptions about the event & server, we will help you on that. We are not willing to tolerate with such behavior. We don't owe you anything. As said before, everyone can try to host their own events and if they don't like the way Buddyspike events work, they can just not join anymore. Checked now. You are blue as I see in the logs. You said you captured Gudauta & Sukhumi well before 10 minutes warning. I see in from the logs that this is true and ok. Sukhumi & Gudauta is now Blue. But when you capture they need some time before being operational again (repair time is 15-35 minutes). So as server restarted these minutes were not passed. They should be available soon when the time pass. Please tell me if I got something wrong cause I am still at work. Thanks Greg

No we normally don't start immidiately. This time we did so as the previous round ender sooner than we expected. We want to work on the backround so instead of keeping the server down we started the 7th. Greg

Implemented radio can offer much more realistic gameplay options like we had in the past during BMS events. If everything goes as planned we should have much like that in the near future.

We try to keep the server stable. That means we work on issues that are on our control. Network of DCS is not. But spotting players with constant issues during their flights is a task we have to do. Cause otherwise you will be the first one to ask why we don't do it. So as you see we didn't mention anything about cheating or not. Others do and we try to keep the thread clean from this. What we say for sure is that some players may bring issues in the server. (call it cheating? desync? etc). We contacted them and see if it can be solved. If not as said before we can't risk the server stability for the majority. Greg

No we sent Crash to visit & check directly at home :D No it's simple, if you try to solve an issue along with us and then try again maybe the issues will go away. If they present again we can't unfortunately take more risks on the server stability for the majority of players. Greg
