As Xcom says this shows the PAK that is currently under attack. So it means that groups of one of the airbases/FARPs or cities of this specific PAK are getting destroyed. At the moment the large number of Squadrons registering and due to the available slots of each airbase there are no SU-25A or A-10As available. More will come time to time of course. :)
