It looks normal. I need some answers. * Have you changed any BIOS settings or overclocked the server? * Have you checked CPU temperature? What's your CPU model/type and temperature? * Do you use windows with service pack 2 installed? * Which programs working on server except Lock-On? Click to taskbar and go to Task Manager than get a screenshot of PROCESS after run Lock-On. I'd to check it.

It'll make loss and lag at client side. Don't do that.

Can you give me cpu process usage value when lag starts. Also Memory Limit, Peak and total Ram size values. Also right click to my computer and enter properties. Click to advanced tab, performance, settings, advanced. Tell me your pagefile size.

I checked but unfortunatelly I didn't see anything about it.

%50 CPU process is a little bit high for dedicated Lock-On server. Is there anything else which is using CPU process? Normally it should be max %25-30. It looks like Lock-On use all memory after some time and windows working on to increase virtual memory size(pagefile.sys). First of all I suggest you to update your mainboard BIOS. After that install the windows with latest drivers. Btw have you changed some settings at BIOS?
