  1. Yeah, I understand completely.. DCS has undergone a lot of changes recently, I found it difficult to get my head around :)
  2. I made that in the mission editor. If you look at the manual, it should explain about setting up control of units, but apart from that, it's normal in the way of just placing ground unit groups.
  3. CA is not an aircraft exactly. It adds different functionality to the battlefield by allowing controllable ground units to fight. There are tons of ground missions that have been added in the missions directory if you want to use those
  4. SAM launch at A-10 as requested!
  5. Recording it now
  6. Try this one . Nothing fancy, just something
  7. Manual here http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=1500186&postcount=1
  8. DCS Combined Arms Manual Here For those who were looking for the manual, it is located in Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Mods\tech\CombinedArms\Doc Also attached Combined Arms Manual EN.pdf
  9. Downloading CA and DCS World..... 1.2mb/sec, thank you fiber optic! 10 mins left on download!
  10. You have to put the waypoint into the flightplan for it to come up on the HUD if I rememember correctly. Bring up the FPM page and open the current flight plan. PG down on the FPM page until you see the last waypoint in the Flightplan, type in the name of the waypoint you created, JT1 and then press the OSB on the right, can't remember what it is off the top of me head... If that happened right, you it should see it come up as a waypoint with your others on the HUD along with Init Position etc.
  11. Knowing ED I would assume that is something that is modelled. I would think a mil dot equivalent for artillery would be used to predict a trajectory. However, saying this I am not sure
  12. So far ED are experiencing issues with testing as far as I am aware. Essentially, it will be released when its ready. I expect mid-July or so
  13. These covers are fantastic, I own a pair from Deadman's last run. Highly recommended !!
  14. The G940 is essentially the biggest problem you will have in a HOTAS, it's mapping is difficult and as you mentioned the force feedback is a nightmare. X52 Pro is the way to go for an all rounder, good-at-everything HOTAS. However if you can afford it, I can personally recommend the HOTAS Warthog by Thrustmaster....
  15. Alright guys... Thank you so much... Keep up the fantastic work!
  16. Still looking at a June 2012 Pre-Purchase? I know I'm not the only one who's thinking this, but are ED still standing by the release of a pre-purchase beta by the end of June? I know ED will not release something before its ready, I am just interested to see what happens with the end of June approaching... Looking forward to it :)
  17. Maybe updating backend of their servers for a new release.....:music_whistling:
  18. As Shagrat said, adjusting your start up procedure ever so slightly works to not receive that alarm on start up.
  19. So excellent.... Really, really excited for this DCS Project.... 10 Days left!
  20. This is an excellent mission! Certainly one of the best experiences I have had in DCS A-10 so far!
  21. This looks fantastic!
  22. I love my Warthog. I had some doubts about the price of it, but it sincerly is the best thing out on the market at the moment.
  23. Any chance I could be put on the list Deadman?? These look fantastic :D
