Hello, I have been trying to figure out how to get the WW2 style simulated heavy flak mod working. I have tried to follow the directions given on the site where the mod is, but no flak yet. At least I don't get an error message anymore, just no flak. I have attached the simple mission I made to try and get it going. Could someone please have a look and tell me what I am missing? Well, I fixed it. I previously was using all CH controllers, stick, throttle, and rudder pedals. And the rudder and nose wheel steering was working. I had then switched to my Thrustmaster Warthog stick and throttle but was still using CH pedals. I figured maybe that was a problem, mixing things. Before I did anything, I checked the operation of my CH pedals with the CH control manager just to be sure they were operating properly and they were. I then went into the mission builder made a little test mission with the F-86 and the P-51 just to check the operation of the pedals on both aircraft. The rudder pedals in both failed to work. I then went into the axis side of the controls in game, and deleted everything in there, and remapped all, Elevators, throttle and rudder. And it worked! Don’t know why but I don’t care, I can now get back to enjoying and I do mean enjoying this much improved (In my humble opinion anyway) sim! Thanks for the replies.

Yes I am pressing and holding the key and I have 65% power. I thought it might have been my stick with a bad button but even the default key when pressed and held didn't work.

Hi, I can't get the nose wheel steering to work no matter what I try to assign it too. (F-86) No button I try to assign works either on the stick or the throttle. In fact the default key (S) doesn't work either. I was making a new profile not copying and pasting as suggested. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Thanks for any help

Hi, I have been trying to get Mk 84's to release in CCRP mode.Altitude is around 10,000 feet. I mark target, with TGP, I see the two lines, see the counter drop hold the weapons release button as the counter drops through the center ball ....nothing... no drop. I watch a tutorial (this one >> ) that show how to do it and I believe followed it and still nothing. I don't have a problem with GBU 12 laser guided bombs releasing in CCRP mode so I think I understand the method, I must be just missing something. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

After further searching I found the answer. >-Download the empty.dds from my thread, (Most Liveries have this already to make the stock BORT Numbers invisible.) -Place it in the same folder as the livery textures/description.lua -Open the Description.lua and add: Code: {"F86_MAIN", 3,"empty", false},

I really love the Sabre skins! Unfortunately I get double markings when I use a custom skin for some reason. It looks like the default skin is still active. Can someone help sort this out? Thanks!

When I set the trimmer on the huey. It will lock up the controls. Never did it before the last update. Sometimes it will release them after wiggling the stick. Sometimes if I engage the level flight and then disengage it it will correct the problem but not always. Any thoughts? besides don't use the trimmer? Thanks
