У меня -1, телевизор с 1.5 метров смотрю в очках. Монитор, книгу, телефон без очков. В окулусе все отлично вижу. Пробовал и в очках тоже, разницы не заметил. Но если все таки будет не комфортно, в комплекте идет спец. насадка которая чуть отдаляет шлем от лица, и можно надевать в очках. Еще на алиекспресе можно заказать насадки на линзы шлема с диоптриями по рецепту.

Нужно активировать настройки разработчика, далее в настройках отключить защитную зону.
