  1. Just a guess - the yellow markings are a .tga file so they have alpha channel. If you find the file and remove the alpha visibility then you won't see the marks (theoretically). At least they won't be lit when flying in night.
  2. Yes I know, but he doesn't have different cockpit lights :smartass: Got his permission to use his textures, back to work now :P
  3. This will be a rather simple Mod, just converting the regular orange lightning to Blue/NVG style (it's almost done). I need some testers if anyone is interested What I need are some folks who can read/translate Russian so I can translate the cockpit stuff into English. Also, anyone familiar with the whole cockpit of the real 25T (for all those side switches) to provide translations of all the switches. After the color conversion I will go with making a completely new cockpit skin (ADA guys inspired me ). (WIP screenies, I haven't found all the cockpit files yet; I almost found them all :D)
  4. All done now It's based on a real IAF F-16 scheme And real squadrons The only left F-16 Trainer with the Scorpion Squadron mark http://www.airliners.net/open.file/1234781/L/
  5. Great work! Can you post more screenies of the weathered Kuznetsov? Rep inbound!
  6. Yup, I've stumbled upon an article in Wiki where it says it's used to reduce radar reflection from cockpit interior... But why then just some parts of the plane? Doesn't make sense...
  7. Then why's it not also used on the front Plexiglas?
  8. What's different about them? On some dual seat F-16s you can see the 2 tints, one above the pilot and other above the copilot/wso. On others you can see the gold tint only, while on some there's no tint at all... And on this MiG-29K No tint on the windshield... Do those tinted Plexiglas canopies have a special purpose?
  9. Just to add various squadron markings on the plane :P
  10. Small update... Didn't have much free time today.
  11. Yes, I know where it is... It took me ages to figure out where it was when I was making my first 25T skin :D Good stuff
  12. Yep, I agree with Odin, if ME shows 1 as # and the number on the aircraft doesn't change, no matter what # you select in ME, then it's a blank NOMERA file - the number is painted on the skin.
  13. Nice skin. Just one thing, on the fourth pic, the square panel below the canopy is intentionally left gray?
  14. Currently I'm working on another 25T skin for the USAF, and after that I'm reskinning the 25T cockpit. I don't have much free time due to my college preps, so I doubt I'll have free time to do anything after December.
  15. I can't even get to the log-in screen... I get an internal server error instantly... :(
  16. Here is a pretty much finished version New noseart and some minor fixes on texture merging places. Desert tone: A composite version, an experiment to see how it'll look... What do you think?
  17. Outstanding work! This one really impressed me!
  18. Get WinRar to UnRar them, then they should appear as .psd
  19. @EricJ: SU39-PAINT1-DEF-0x (the areas I bordered with the pink squares). Good luck with aligning the part where the slats meet the fuselage :P
  20. EricJ - the skin is beautiful, but (there's always a but, right? :P) maybe you could paint/edit the areas I've shaded green on the screenshot you posted (of course, if your last set of screenshots show the final version of the skin but without the numbers). From left to right: -The little square below the canopy -2 cool air intakes (?) -the merging of texture parts on the tailfin
