As people have replied more than once, beyond 8km, RADAR is used for measuring distance, even if you are in OLS - only mode. They are integrated sensors. It does so in short pulses every now and then, as to try and avoid detection. IRL, you could avoid this by turning the radar of comletly, or by flying in a MiG-29UB, that doesn't have the radar at all ;) By contrast, the MiG-23's OLS doesn't have a laser ranger at all, and it uses radar pulses for ranging all the way.

Sorry if this was already posted, but the most unrealistic part here is the actuall message that you get that someone is "dead". Remove those, and the problem is solved :)

if that's what you need it for, it is estimated to be close to 0.01. But how close is anyone's guess :D

Note that it's missing some switches on the weapons control panel (like the armed/unarmed selector for jettison) and the G/aplha meter is different than the one we're used to, it looks more like the one in MiG-29, but bigger :D Oh, and THE CLOCK is gone.. I guess those sell good on the flearket :/

that's a good price. our local flying club use to let you ride in a 30 min Galeb G2 flight for 600 €

depends on how large the fleet is. interesting, in funnel shots, the remaining ammo is 1 (like in that shot from the ground on the other topic), but in the shots where he's got a lock, it's 4
