Yep, got the exchange completed with soem help form Repent :thumbup: I'm using this link for the 1C download area and translating it with Babelfish: http://online.1c.ru/games/game/3311585/ I have to click on the $ sign ("To Purchase") next to the "In Basket" sign and it then takes me to the login area where you can choose to register. I thin fill in my info (name, email, country etc) and the page after that comes up with a load of nonsence about SMS and Enterprise 8... Is this where I should be ordering/downloading from?? I'm soooooooooo close :mad::cry:

Ok, just registering at 1C, but it's saying something about an SMS subscription (Enterprise 7.7/8)? What is this for and do I need it??

I had that in the Sainsburys Local that I went in, but on the 3rd time it went through. Keep trying!

I'm trying to transfer funds from my Euro account to my Ruble account, but when I try and do it (Using WebMoney Keeper) I get an error saying 'Digital Signature fail. Please try again'. I'm doing it by right clicking on the ruble account and selecting add funds. Then I use the top up method WM to WM. I then get a message saying 'Digital Signature fail. Please try again'. Is this normal? Is the ith corect way to do it?? Please help - soooo close!! Edit> I have a WM formal passport Ed

Found another link on the main WM page and this has worked - installing now... Getting closer... :)

Well done Repent, Did your Webmoney registration go ok? I get to the point where I choose either 'Classic' or 'Lite' for the client interface and if I choose Classic, only the Russian dowload is avaiable (not much use and also I don't want their software on my pc ;)). If I choose the Lite version with personal digital certificate (seems to be a better option) I get to the screen where you agree to the terms and conditions etc and it hangs. There is a message saying 'Donloading Active X Control...' and nothing happens! Sooooooo close. Please help if you can!! Tell me exactly what you did in Webmoney (if you can ;) )

Thanks Vitesse2l. From the Ukash site it seems that there is a store close to me that sells the vouchers. I'll give it a go. One final question before I spend my hard-earned £12: Can you definitely download BS with a *UK* origin using Ukash/Webmoney/1C? e.g. putting UK in as my hometown etc?? I haven't ordered it yet but it seems to be a slow process anyway. Also, there was a public holiday today and yesterday which may not have helped. Hmmm... Could be the way forward. Any chance of some details? How did you credit your Webmoney account? A guide to doing this would earn you many rep points, you would be an instant forum hero! ;) :D

Yeah, yeah. There's no hope of ED actually doing this and if they did it would be a commnity thing anyway, like you say. So don't worry. It was just a hypothetical wish list (just in case anyone was 'thinking' of producing a proper manual ;))

Same here ;) :smartass: Ideally there should be 3 separate manuals, or sections in one manual separated with tabs: 1, Aircraft Systems: ABRIS, Skval, HUD, Data Link, Engines etc 2, Pilot Operating manual: Performance Data, Limitations, Weapon Data, Normal Proceedures, Checklists etc 3, Quick Reference Guide: Alerts, Emergency Proceedures, Abnormal proceedures etc Also, a separate, laminated, checklist card would also be handy ;) This way you have some hope of finding the information you need amongst the 395 pages ;) Finally, A5 size pages would be better than A4 - much easier to 'stow' on your desk :D Nic Cole did an awesome job of the LOMAC manual. RIP. However, the printed manual should in no way delay the release of either the pdf manual or the demo ;) :D :joystick: :pilotfly:

I might give this a go and see if they will ship to the UK. For 26USD, ~ 15GBP it could be worth a punt. Or, I could just save my money and wait for the demo ;)

This is a really good startup guide. Simple, but effective. I'll definitely be printing it off as a reference - rep inbound! One other thing I'll be doing is putting the producers notes on my iPhone and/or laptop, so that I have them as a standby reference when I'm flying. Also, with them being on the iPhone, I can watch them whilst travelling on the train to work etc to brush up on my skills prior to the demo release :D :smartass: Something akin to the F4 startup guide would be awsome though, with some kind of pass/fail status so that you could learn from your mistakes... Edit: (by the way, I will not be broadcasting or publicly showing any of the videos. It's just for my own use etc, etc).
