  1. I did a quick scan of the A-10C II forum, and I didn't see this issue addressed, sorry if it has and I missed it. Once we successfully install the new A-10C II module, can we get rid of the old original A-10C module? My DCS SSD is filling up, so I like to trim some space when I get the chance. A followup question, if you click "Remove Module" in the module manager, does it completely remove all the module files, or do we have to do some manual cleanup as well? Thanks, and great job by DCS in giving this old module some TLC!
  2. It does this too for me inside the cockpit, but only when you are supersonic in my experience. It's very noticeable if you turn your head around in the cockpit, especially when looking to the side or backward.
  3. Definitely need the new Viper Demo scheme! Here's some more reference shots from their Facebook page.
  4. Having the same issues. Created a mission with no hostile aircraft. Flys well for several minutes, but seems to freeze and crash to desktop during certain high G maneuvers. I attached the log. I've had many of these CTDs recently, and upon checking the log every time it seems to be triggered by a sound error apparently. But I'm no computer programmer. I really love the F-14, it's so awesome, but lately it's been really hard to enjoy with all the CTDs lately. dcs.zip

  6. I'm having the same issue. Sometimes I can alt-tab and force DCS to close, sometimes I have to reboot. It just goes to a black screen when exiting DCS and hangs there. This just started with the most recent update featuring the debut of F-14 (which I purchased). Other than than this issue, I've had pretty much zero issues in all the previous open beta builds. Thanks.
  7. I've been looking at posts over the last few days, but am I the only one that's noticed an apparent new "Howl" or "Scream" external sound for the Hornet in the latest update 2.5.4.26368 ? It's most apparent in the F3 flyby view at speeds of like 450-520kts. It's a pretty good take on the howl produced by the real-life Hornet during certain flight parameters. It is also audible in the F2 camera view when the view is oriented towards the front of the plane, but it sounds kind of wonky in that view.
  8. The amber tinted side windows on the A-10C have come and gone many times over the many years and iterations since the first DCS A-10C was released. Apparently in one of the more recent updates, they really became more noticeable.

  10. I noticed in 1.2.0 that the front side windscreen of the canopy is no longer tinted amber. I remember that this detail was added in patch 1.1.1.0 and it appears that the real A-10s have tinted side windscreens. I was just wondering if this is a bug or was it removed intentionally for some reason? Thanks, and as always, keep up the great work!
