DCS must go back to the older system now! I see that there are so many problems with updates and installations. I am now considering to abandoning the DCS brand, this is because it is not even possible to install the software with the new installer. You must go back to the old system, because the new works bad or not at all. Then you could download the software separately, and the modules individually. Nothing works now.

I have a suggestion for creating manual update links at the problems with the auto-update. I think this would help much, because it is difficult to know if there is something wrong with the computer or the actual update. I replace the old updater with the newest, and I also later tried to install and run it with the command promt, and also with the computer in Safe Mode with Networking disabled the antivirus and the windows firewall, but with the same result i.e. I get the message that Mojeaux get. I don't know what to do.

Welcome in the club. Then we are two. I have the same problem as with the 1.2 as with the 1.5, and I have not figured it out yet. I must reinstall the game every time when a update is viable. Because the update is not work, I get the same message as you Mojeaux.

Is 1.2 and 1.5 able to run as separate games? I wonder, if I already have 1.2 and want to test 1.5. Do I had to uninstall 1.2? Or can I install 1.5 and run 1.2 and 1.5 as separate games?

1.5 and 1.2.16 modules question I have a question, if I have to update my CA, BS2, and A-10C separate modules with 1.2.16 after I have installed DCS World 1.5 beta. Are they compatible at all?

JSGME place It seems that I have placing the JSGME folder in the wrong place, outside the Eagle Dynamics folder. I read that it should be placed in the game root folder. I can't find such folder in the Eagle Dynamics/DCS World folder. Maybe it is that that is the problem, if someone know which folder I should place it in.

No, it don't work. I have try to put your folder DCS JTAC MOD mod in JSGME MODS folder and enable it, then i get an new aircraft folder in JSGME wich I also enable. I disable easy communication in options, and I set the JTAC man to 32 FM. I don,t se the kneepad on the pilot, and I don't se any JTAC when I press AltGr +\. I have set the VHF-1 and tuned on channel 3. I wonder if I must put an AWAC in the mission to?:cry_2:

I dont't get the JTAC menu to show up. I have tried everyting now, but nothing will work. I don't know what I doing wrong. I have version 1.2.8. and I have read the pdf manual, and also read all the 31 pages on this tread to figure it out, but no. I have also install that JSGME v2.60 :Flush:

I wish that some aircrafts and helis like the B2-bomber, Ka-52 "Alligator", for example, will enter the DCS-World as AI:s in the future. I rather had the "Alligator" as flyable instead of the "Shark", because of its night-capabilities and a2a capabilities. Probably a real AH-64D killer.

It seems that the GUI docs are missed for both BS2 and A-10C in 1.2.3. patch, I can not find them.

Exploring I have figured out that autopilot works different from 1.2.2. to 1.2.3. In the 1.2.2. you could get into FP and press C, and the vehicle will follow the path from the mission editor. If you do that 1.2.3. the autopilot do not work when you get in FP and the vehicle stops, when you press C nothing happens. You must go back to the commander map, and you must be in either Game Master or Ground Force CM, and in the map re-edit the path. Then, choose FP and go back in FP, then you get in the autopilot automatically. But do not press C, then you must go back to the map, and re-edit the path again. :thumbup:

Still no autopilot after checking of keyboard and also my mapping of joystick. I have had the autopilot working in 1.2.2. but not in 1.2.3. and with the recent update today.

An update of 1.2.3 and still no autopilot in FP when you press C!!! Also since infantry existed in DCS, the soldiers of Georgia and Insurgent still "surfing on their knees" instead of running. I don't understand this. :mad:
