Maybe I have found part of the cause of stuttering, it is mainly in the Nvidia drivers. I used an older version of drivers, and then stuttering basically stops completely in MT, and without tinkering with any performance-enhancing programs.
I fix it with going back to ST, use a older Nvidia driver 537.13 to GPU, shut off Tacview, and use QuickCpu to unpark the cores, and use it for 100% performance. Anyway, hope they fix the MT.
Maybe I have solved some problems.
I have changed the Nvidia driver back to 537.13 from 546.01
I have changed from MT to ST
No big stuttering so far, and I fly with my old settings above.
It looks like there is more stuttering in Sinai than in Syria, in Syria I can run on high Motion Blur, and the slider on 3, which is impossible in Sinai. Wonder if Sinai is really optimized?
Found that I didn't run the computer by performance, and since what I read here on the forum, it should mean that the cores are parked, it made a huge difference, so now I'm back on beta.
I change back to stable after the beta 2.9 update, because of constant stuttering, and now, when the stable update to 2.9, the problem is back. Seriously, somebody must find out what is the problem with the 2.9 update.
I use this in the command prompt. \DCS World OpenBeta\bin>DCS_updater.exe update 2.8.8.43704@openbeta and Skatezillaz GUI Updater/Launcher did not work.
Very strange, I start with a free flight in Der-Ezzor, Syria, with a lot of stuttering, then, I exit DCS to desktop, start DCS again, fly the same flight, and no stuttering.
No i don't have a Logitech mouse. But a strange thing, i played some of my missions i Sinai, and it was almost no stuttering with the AH-64, and the strange thing was that i roll back the size of the pagefile. I think that the problem lie in the 2.9 update, the game work smoothly before that update.
