  1. Roger. Same. Version 1.2.1.6288
  2. Hahaha! Yea! I think exactly the same! I've came across "PICKLE" in a documentary book and "RIPPLE" is also in the document mentioned. Sounds fine. By the way..in the same book "GUNS" is in a list of deleted codes. Didn't find any substitute yet...
  3. Hi. I can't find anywhere a brevity code for announcing bombs release. At least in official documentation I found around the Internet, there is no "BOMBS AWAY" or something. I'm curious about the term "PIGS AWAY" In MULTI-SERVICE BREVITY CODES FM 1-02.1 (FM 3-54.10) MCRP 3-25B NTTP 6-02.1 AFTTP(I) 3-2.5 JUNE 2005 ...the PIG(S) is described as : Bomb is (a kind of) gliding weapon, but JSOW is completely different animal. So it makes me wonder... Cheers
  4. Hi. I wonder if there is a safe way to backup your keys mappings and monitors set-up (I have MFCDs on my second monitor), before updating to dcs World 1.2.1 ? Would the config files be compatible with the new version ?
  5. I have made my personal profile, but I'm not sure what every one of sliders/adjustments in the TIR does, so I wanted to try something different.
  6. Hi , where can I get the TrackIR profile mentioned ? Cheers
  7. I managed to find a group of tanks that way... I lost track of them, and then I saw laser warning on RWR. I started looking at the direction and finally found them.. In the case when I was on final, the tanks fired, I got MSL warnings, but I looked at the direction and saw no projectiles coming my way...so I continued landing. Itt was a bit nervous landing, because the tank(s) was firing missiles quite often. Probably it managed to fire around 8 times before I landed and stopped on the airstrip. It was too far away I guess, because even after stop I was save.
  8. Hi I created a training mission with T-80 tanks, few miles away from my airfield. I was on a final to the airfield when I started to hear missile alerts. After landing I checked the event log and noticed the T-80 was shooting anti tank missiles at me (9M119). Is this their normal behavior ? Is it logical ? Cheers
  9. http://www.piengineering.com/purchase.php -> Go to "international resellers ". Very expensive in UK...
  10. I knew how to edit the MFCD's width and height. But I thought the height and width have to be the same. This was because after changing height I haven't changed position of the MFCD, so I mistakenly assumed the screens had to be square. I have sorted it out now. Thanks
  11. Ok, sorry. I will double check that. Thanks for the link.
  12. Hi I have a two monitors set-up, both 1280x1024. I have exported the MFCD's to the second one and planning to stick Cougar MFD over it. I found that Cougar MFD's doesn't properly fit over the screens - the buttons doesn't align properly. Also realized it's not possible to change proportions of the MFCD, the width and height have to be the same. Have you came across the problem, or maybe found the solution? Cheers
