You need to assign the ministick axes to a control on the controls settings page within the sim. For some reason the sim doesn't pick up the ministick axes when you move the stick around so you have to manually select the ministick axes from the dropdown menu. JOY_RX and JOY_RY are the ones you want. Ex. to use the ministick to slew the F-15C TDC around, assign JOY_RX to "TDC Slew Horizontal" and JOY_RY to "TDC Slew Vertical." You'll also want to invert the JOY_RY axis from the axis tune page. I also set saturation to 50 for both JOY_RX and JOY_RY for smoother control.

Can anyone recommend a good TM Warthog control profile for the F-15C? Any other control setup tips are appreciated as well. Just got the FC3 beta today, but this is my first experience with the FC series. So much easier to learn a sim when controls are set up properly (Ex. DCS:A10 :D). I'm sure someone has already put a lot of thought into this, so I'll gladly defer to their wisdom rather than fumble around trying to do my own setup before I have any clue what's what.

You can get pretty close in sim with up to 22 MK-82s. 21 if you don't want to give up the targeting pod. I think I counted 24 in the video. Not sure why we can't carry six bombs each on stations 5 and 7 in the sim, maybe something changed.

Hi everyone, first post. My sim history goes back to when I was a kid with notables (at least to me) being F15 Strike Eagle and Falcon 3. Chuck Yeager Air Combat was awesome too. Actual military experience is USMC 1996-2000, 0351 Anti-Armor Assault. Deployed twice to Okinawa in my four years of service as part of our unit's regular rotation, saw no action. Honorably discharged as E5, Sergeant in 2000. Was not recalled post 9/11. So that's me. Anyways, been loving the hell of DCS. Did play a bit of Falcon 4.0 post-USMC, but the sim-bug really started back up with Black Shark, enjoyed it, learned a lot of it and then DCS: A-10... This thing is awesome. Convinced the lady to let me get the TM Warthog and yeah this thing is awesome too. Love it, think I have the plane pretty much figured out but.... I'm scared to death to launch "DCS World Multiplayer" What do I need to know, do, understand before I go down this path? I just want to fly around with folks and blow virtual shit up.
