This is crazy how the F-4 works on day and not today. I hade a message during start up DCS say F-4 is not available

Hello everyone, I am having a problem with my pacific AV8R joystick. For some reason my POV hat and my twist axis for rudder are tied in. I have tried in DCS to delete POV hat view bindings to isolate the problem but no joy. I have tried to go into my computer settings to game controllers but for reason I am still having my POV hat tied into my Z rotation settings. please help its kinda annoying to look with external view and rudder move for unstable flight. I need help separating my twist joystick axis and POV hat view separate. Thank you for any help.

Humm never had a problem installing LOMAC years ago. I will try what you said thanks for the help
