I had sometimes the very same issue also caused by the cable which connect stick and throttle. May you check that it is not in any way in tension or bounded. Good luck

For DCS World isn't it: C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Mods\aircrafts\A-10C\Missions\EN\Campaigns So not the User Folder but the actual game location.

Maybe you can use the software icontrol DCS made by bitshift.com. You don't have an ipad? Well no problem: You can go into the display configurations, wich will automatically change your scripts in DCS. Maybe, that can help with the cougars.

Understood, but why does the pipper disappear in AA mode (Aim9 was selected)

Sorry for the noobish question but in what mode? AA ? I can change there the number of pipper?! (i guess). Its in the left side on the HUD below "Man FXD / 1130" But I can not see how that gives me a hint, where I am aming with the tgp. Again: Thank you for your time!

Thank you for the reply. I understand everything but not the first step. Could you explain it in more detail? Have you anything on resetting the spot of the TGP on AG mode ( there I had this little rectangular on the HUD but when I fly over a target and drop the bombs it remains locked there and I have to search it all the way back :(

Hey guys, I have minor difficulties with the combat in DCS A10; first Air to air. In the training there are two russian jets in front of me poping flares. Well good... then its easy to find them but how do you do that withot the flares and without them flying straight ahead of you? Next is the TGP...is there a sign in AA mode on the HUD where I can see the position of my sensor? I did not see any. This also drives me crazy in AG mode... once target selected and destroyed I can search my laser spot to get it back to the position on the HUD which is quite stressing. I think thats enough for the first questions. I appreciate your help! Cheers, Manuel
