I know this a picture of the Black Shark, but humor me. The A-10C has an artificial horizon that looks remotely like this. Just like the bottom of this picture, listed as "The ball" is your slip and skid indicator. The 2 black lines in the glass tube are your sweet spot. You use this instrument to determine if you're in a coordinated or an uncoordinated turn. The rule "step on the ball" would help you determine your need. Ideally, you want that ball centered between the 2 black lines for a coordinated turn. You can also use the rudder pedals to make fine adjustments on gun and rocket runs... Hope this helps. -Damien

You can assign joystick buttons as inputs. I've used the TM Warthog hotas slew pushbutton before but didn't like it because I kept resetting my view. I've also used my Saitek x65F buttons as well. Currently my mouse button 3 is the recenter command, but I want to get away from that so I don't have to stretch to reach the button with the stick in my lap. -Damien

I couldn't answer the first question for you, but the label toggle command is LShift+F10. Theoretically it should shut off labels in multiplayer, but I don't have any experience in that. -Damien

Perhaps this thread is poorly titled.. I'm looking to find a 3 buttoned USB corded switch. The buttons need to be momentary buttons, not toggles and it needs to be small so I can mount it so I don't have to stretch to touch it. (perhaps velcro to my throttle stand) I'd like to map the buttons as TrackIR view center, precision mode and TrackIR pause. Does anyone know of anything like this? Thanks. :joystick: -Damien

Spent 8 years in the US Navy as an Aircraft Director (ABH) onboard the USS Independence (CV-62) and the USS Kitty Hawk (CV-63). I have never seen an F-15 land on a carrier nor have I seen one attempt a landing. -Damien

1.2.4 Auto Update download ends in a failure "Hash Mismatch".. After spending the last 8 hours downloading to having the install fail is very very very frustrating. -Damien

f3n3k, They've already said they're doing everything they can to figure out what's going on here. I understand you're concerned with where your money has gone and the status of your activation, but look at it this way, The longer they spend arguing with you, the less time they get to spend on investigating what happened. Sure, it's going to take some time as this affected many customers, but I'm sure that ED will do right by it's customers. Please Relax. -Damien

Is there any chance at all that someone on the receiving end of the payment account had access to illegally remove money from your account? I don't mean to accuse anybody of stealing but it seems odd that many of us are showing status: paid/Completed and you guys don't seem to have money in hand? -Damien
