Agreed, I think this is total BS. Unless there is solid proof there is no saying that supposedly the "world's greatest jet" just simply... failed??

I don't think anything matches the Intel Core 2 Duo's today, I always had high hopes for AMD, but now the tide has turned. As for the graphic card, you can play LOMAC on highest settings at around 30FPS with a 7950GT, which is good enough for me.

My Dualcore AMD 4600+ runs quite smooth on LOMAC FC. But for this game I think that RAM and GRAPHICS CARD comes into a slightly larger role.

I have a SoundMax Digital Audio onboard... everything at defaults. Don't know much about it, but I'll give a shot at reinstalling the whole game and starting over. Hope it works (fingers crossed). And thanks for the attempt to help :smartass:

Hey guys, I have LOMAC:FC 1.12a, and my game seems to crash a lot. I don't know which part of my computer acts up. Here are my specs: Pentium 4 Processor 3GHz HT 1GB DDR400 RAM NVIDIA GeForceFX5200 128mb Saitek ST290 Pro Joystick Windows XP Home Game runs with an average of 10FPS when there's less detail, and 6-7FPS when there's a lot of details and vehicles etc. Here's a screenshot of the error message I get. It happens randomly, and shuts down my game, showing this: Hope I can get this resolved... thanks in advance!

Awwww I hate you guys :( I only have a GeForceFX 5200 128mb... and it runs LOMAC fine at around 20FPS, pretty smooth for such a lame card! But I do occasionally get some lag spikes especially when missile dodging or dogfighting :( I really wish I could afford those high end cards like you guys :cry:

I heard that those were deadly missiles since no one can hear it coming. I always have a hard time locking with those in INFRARED mode... but the radar picks up an enemy fine. Any strategies or tips to using these missiles successfully? Any help appreciated, thanks in advance!

Hehe... I'm just used to the phrase "clan" or "gang" whatever you wanna call it. Also play BF1942 Desert Combat, so I'm more used to the phrase "clan" since I hear it all the time... the nubs don't know what a "squadron" is. Hey guys, if anyone's familiar with the ST290 Pro I'd appreciate it if someone could help me with my throttle problem. I have the full version of LOMAC with Flaming Cliffs 1.12a, and my joystick doesn't seem to cope with the game's throttle system. Must I download a driver for this stick or is it something with the game's compatibility with the stick? Thanks in advance!
