Guys -thanks for all the help, didn't mean to sound like a whiner...it's just you invest so much blood and treasure on equipment for DCSW and the modules, just wanted to make sure my system was "setup" properly. thanks for all the help, really mean it :thumbup:

Guys - I swear, before this latest update, if I did an air start or ramp start, the jets were alive, I had total control over my Keyboard or HOTAS inputs for FC3 & A10C (I've bought all the other modules during the summer sale, but haven't installed as yet)...I did not have to "un-pause" the sim to get it going. I feel like I am losing my mind as I'm writing this...so, go forth this means that I have to un-pause the sim before requesting start-up, etc., etc...correct and....all the others pilots out there are doing the same correct? could it be that my system was un-pausing the game after loading?

Hey Guys - haven't had time to DCS in a while, did the DCSW update as requested this evening and fired up FC3, wanted a quick combat hop in the F15C...started on the ramp and nothing...no keyboard nor HOTAS commands are working...after some troubleshooting...seems like FC3 is starting in "PAUSE" mode, I need to manually press the "Pause" key on my keyboard to get my game going...the sounds come alive, can start the jet and all is back to normal....all my inputs via the keyboard and Hotas works...I'm at a lost on this. I'm using a Logitech Keyboard and Mouse...I have DCS A10C install, but haven't booted it up in about a month. Any thoughts please? I've tried restarting my system, no avail...same issue. It's quite annoying :(

same here...I use the creative Wrath headset and my proclip is attached via velco tape, so when not in use I just peel it off and store it in the drawer...pretty nifty & with the Velcro secures it snug.

MadTommy, I got the ir5, the clipPRO still feels flimsy, it's a nice kit and works great, but I'm ever conscious about how I use it and moving it around...even when taking off my headset. I treat it like it's fragile, lol...I would not sim again if I don't have this kit. The freedom is amazing.

Hey Vivoune, Sweet, thank you! the F15C's Hud is clustered at times, have to zoom in to lean forward with Track IR5 to see the smaller details. lol.

Guys - since we are on the Nav topic, question for you: while in NAV mode, once a steerpoint/waypoint is completed, does the NAV update the next steerpoint automatically for the F15 in FC3...or do we need to manually select the next waypoint? I haven't fired-up DCS for about two weeks now, I haven't seen this mentioned in the FC3 Manual, can you please advise :)

Hey Guys - I'm thinking of ordering a copy of the Flaming Cliffs 2.0 Manual, I want a proper instead of a Kinko's version...my Question - Will this manual still be a relevant reference item for FC 3.0 that was just released? I'm just getting back into the flight sims, DCS 1.2.4 & & Flaming Cliffs 3 is my 1st foray...I have not played Flaming Cliffs 2.0...Any advise would be appreciated, thanks!

Hey All - are there any manuals and a keyboard card available for FC 3.0 as yet? or even from FC 2.0 that can be used as a cross over? I would be really neat to have some reference material handy...I'm now getting back in the saddle with my sims, been out of the community for a while. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

ok...all is good now - did a complete uninstall and then reloaded the files and did the whole flaming cliffs 3.0 update all 3.4gigs! works like a charm.

Good Afternoon Guys - I have built a new gaming rig & I'm attempting to install DCS World 1.2.4...I keep getting a "corrupted file" error on my installs...I have download DCS 1.2.4 from the FTP sites - no avail, corruption on install...deleted, and did the download via the torrent direct from the website and still the same issue. BTW - I bought a copy of Lock-On from the UBI site for $10bucks! & it works awesome!!! I'm am completely baffled on this one - ANY help would really be appreciated, as I have already purchased a copy of Flaming Cliffs 3.0 & itching to play...please!!! I have attached a print screen of the errors I am getting...these happen when my install is about 10-15% completed NOTE - this is my 1st foray back into Sims since Falcon 4.0 days...but I'm good to go.
