  1. I appreciate you help. But this wasn't my question. Thank you At 3 m/s, Kutaisi use a downwind pattern, why, is this simply a bug or below a specific wind speed all airfields use a default pattern without taking care about wind direction. The other question is only about confusion around this will be eventually fix: ATC calls are right but briefing are wrong.
  2. Hi, my friend made a mission, departure UGKO, wind 261 true 3m/s (ME 81, Briefing 81, ATC 261), but ATC tell to taxi to runway 08. Is it a bug or simply use a default partern when wind is light? Are you aware if they eventually will fix issue about wind? Thank you
  3. Very interesting. I'll join. :pilotfly:
  4. On it's way. :) http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=109960
  5. Madcat, looks to be an bug. Probably du to wrong setup from "Automatique Gain Control". Issue already posted on BST Huey B&P. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=105592 Turn arround fix for the moment is to use ANT to confirm morse. hope this help
  6. BST, I got same issue. Looks like the "automatic gain regulator" (agr) is wrongly setup. For the moment, as turn around fix, I use "ANT" to confirm morse but would be nice to fix this. I'm nut sure but in reality, does the ARN83 has a autogain built in? tks
  7. The cone of Silence would be too wild. I tested 4 VORs. Look like signal start of see level to grow up at a very soft slope. One of them (I thing was MNV, not sure), when inbound, even you are at few meters of ground, I lost the signal about 15mn from the station. I posted the issue to DCSW B&P, no answer yet. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=109635
  8. MadCat, hope this trick will help you, when I tune the ADF to an NDB, I turn the ADF Mode selector switch to "ANT"; then I tune to the desired frequency until I hear a strong signal; once right Morse code confirmed, I turn the Mode selector switch to "ADF". Be aware their a pause about 6-7 seconds between morse sequence. About VOR, no issue, once I got the VHF Nav receiver tuned on the right frequency of a VOR (when I can reach the signal...), I hear the morse code until I turn the volume down or turn off the NAV Receiver switch on the C-1611/AIC For the manual, here's a link I found about ARN-83 manual. Operation is on chapter 2 (start page page 8 ) http://www.liberatedmanuals.com/TM-11-5826-225-12.pdf
  9. After making some inspection on VORs, http://forums.eagle.ru/picture.php?albumid=807&pictureid=5707, I realized I could tune some VOR but had to be very low and away from stations. I posted a tread on DCSW B&P. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=110048
  10. Time to inspect what's wrong with VOR ;-)
  11. I can confirm, the pointer#2 works fine when you can reach a signal from a VOR, I tested it. The issue is to be able to reach the signal. VOR signal are modeled wrong on DCS; dead cone too wide. You have to fly very low and a bit far from a VOR to reach its signal. Hope ED will fix this bug.
  12. Wow, how you did? Pitching rate is too slow for me to do that. Did you change Joystick Curves? Nice Pic!
  13. Very cool! I'd like to be part on next flights. Is there any Huey formation flying scheduled, or tread about or exciting group? Tks
  14. Just to add a pic to show that doors and ammo reflect Anti-collision light. Don't see on this pic but ammo on the floor reflect Anti-collision light too.
  15. This is what I understand too but I tested on this module that the governor will take your inputs through the GOV RPM switch even the GOV switch is on EMER position but you'll see the result (or I should the "surprise") once the GOV switch back on AUTO position. I don't know if this is a bug or not. Does someone know? Tks FlyingFrog
  16. +1 Buznee, as per I saw in other tread, Damages due to over EGT is not modeled yet and BST are working on Torque vs EGT. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=105677 About Airspeed Operation Limits, with full GW (gross weight) and Altitude (2k-5k density Alt), 100Kts is well within limits as per FM (Tm 55-1520-210-10, fig 5-2) but give you only about 5-15kts of room to reach back the leader in case you're too far behind. I don't know if VNE is full modeled yet. I agree about AI leaders erratic flight path. I would add that some manoeuvers could exceed -0.5G limitation. Om my side, for the moment, I don't care about EGT since it goes anyways over limits in campaign missions and following guys on MP but keep the habit to don't over torque and keep my eyes on RPM. 17. Great! Thank you HuggyBear
  18. First I'd like to thanks Belsimtek and their conceptors who made a great job by bringing to us this historical helicopter which is so amazing to flight. Each time I perform engine startup, I realise that main rotor start turning at 20% N1 and not 15% as per flight manual.:book: Is this a known issue? Thanks Michel
  19. Right, same for me. Would it be possible? 1-Add AI pilot/co-pilot option in the special option tab 2-keep autopilot control in cheat section as is 3-remove "hint" display by default and add it as an option in the special option tab 4-if enable in option and activated, AI could controls: 4.a- Pilot or co-pilot (the one still alive) is you take gunner seat 4.b- Co-pilot if you give him controls and he's alive 4.c- Pilot if you take co-pilot seat and the pilot is alive 5-Add AI control activation key 6-Provide instructions to pilot/co-pilot through ICS 7-As pilot commander, through ICS, you can command you gunners to start/stop firing.
  20. AI vs Auto-Pilot  I like the idea. Would be fun to take gunner seats having the feeling the pilot/co-pilot will at least avoid any obstacle. Here are my thoughts: 1-Add AI pilot/co-pilot option in the special option tab 2-keep autopilot control in cheat section as is 3-remove "hint" display by default and add it as an option in the special option tab 4-if enable in option and activated, AI controls: 4.a- Pilot or co-pilot (the one still alive) is you take gunner seat 4.b- Co-pilot if you give him controls and he's alive 4.c- Pilot if you take co-pilot seat and the pilot is alive 5-Add AI control activation key 6-Provide instructions to pilot/co-pilot through ICS 7-As pilot commander, through ICS, you could command your gunners to start/stop firing. Looks like my whish looks long and would more fit on the whish list thread, I'll do. :music_whistling:
  21. Funniest Helicopter Rotor Blade Coning I've ever seen
  22. 100% Agree! Improving Multiplayer servers listing/sorting and searching features would be greatly apprieciated.
