Support for Gazelle? Hi Andre, As you probably know, the Gazelle was released today. I guess I´m not the only one hoping that it will be implement in simshaker, any comments/plans on that? Another thing I should mention: I had trouble with simshaker for quite some time, especially with heli´s and tried some things to fix that, like adjusting sample time etc. Some other things were wrong and inconsistend too. Eventually I found out that my wireless headset was causing all the problems. If any users of the "corsair vengeance 2100" headset are reading this, make sure that you open the "recording devices" tab in windows and leave it open (do not minimize it!). Sounds really silly, but it fixed the problems with simshaker on my PC. cheers, Geert

I'm having lots of problems too. A-10C, Mig21 don't work and the others (like Mi8) probably only work because they have almost no shaders to fix (no MFD etc.). Lots of shaders seem corrupted in a way that's new (check the CDU on the A-10C for example, that shader seems to bend in a strange way and is related to headtracking/perspective).

Thanks for testing. I just disabled all my mods, and found that the cabin temperature indicator works. Do any of you also use Devrims´ english cockpit mod? -
I'm wondering if this is a (known?) bug or something wrong on my side, but the "ТВ-1 (TV-1) cabin temperature indicator" always shows 0°C, also when outside temperature is definately not 0°C. I first noticed this when I first tested the KA-50 heater several months ago. Problem is in 2.0 alpha and 1.5 beta. thanks, Geert

Being a hypocrite means not aplying to oneself the standard that he applies to others. Would you (or Enduro) be ok with it if some airforce of some country bombed your city with cluster bombs when your town harbored some really bad terrorists who violated the Geneva conventions and used you and your family as a human shield? I mean, same rules and principles would apply? Would that be justified? According to that comment of Enduro to which I responded, it is, unless he would violate his own standards which would be hypocritical. So you´re calling me a hypocrite while I was trying to point to the hypocrisy of that specific comment...that´s anoying. I guess I will leave it at that.

The first one. But the problem is only very strong when the HDR is close to the centre of the screen. The further it is from the centre, the less the "doubling" becomes. I tried your suggestion but I saw no change. I adjusted separation, convergence (using left arrow key) and y setting (global setting) in the d3dx.ini file (as always). Don´t know whether that´s relevant information in this case.

Tested in A-10C, Huey, Mi8 and Mig21 and works great after setting the correct y value for me. In the Mi8 this also fixes a small bug that was present where the flare dispenser display was at wrong depth. The problem I had with the previous mod and a-10C (TGP and MAV displays at wrong depth) is also gone now! I only still have some problems with some stuff in the horizon (can´t really see what it is, it just a bit wrong at large distance, always was that way!) and the sun / HDR. With HDR on, when I look at the sun the HDR effect is double. How can I adjust these things?

Problems after new update The new version (2.01) doesn´t work well with the MOD. I can´t get any HUD / gunsight to work and horizon/sun problems seem to be back as well. I only tested Mi8, A-10C and Sabre (Sabre still works because of the LUA based fix). Tested using 5.0 and 5.1 version. Hope this is fixable, thanks!

I touched all kinds of arrow keys, pretty sure lots of times the left arrow key. Strange that you couldn´t see the problem. I don´t know much about track files, do you see the image with the same depth and convergence? I use very high separation (85%) which may contribute? Also, the video feeds from TGP and maverick are pushed (with my settings) just a couple of centimeters or so behind the MFCD, definately very noticable for me, but not impossible to still use it. Maybe somewhen else can also check? Do you have some other suggestions maybe?

Problem with A-10C I believe I found another problem. Haven´t flown the A-10 a lot recently so I don´t know when this bug was introduced. The TGP and maverick video feeds are rendered in wrong depth. They are pushed behind their actual screens. This is only for these video feeds, the rest of the info on the MFCD´s is on the correct depth. Activating / deactivating shader isolation (W=0 or 1) does not help. Only tested with the latest version of the 3dmigoto fix using my own settings. With the upcoming red flag campaign for the A-10 this may become a more important bug :)

Yeah! It does work after all! Big thank you! :) I was pretty sure I tried it, but apparently, I adjusted the MOD using my own settings immediately. I just tried the original 3.2 version of the MOD and now it seems to work. I always copy-paste my settings, like type, separation, convergence and y value and I use up arrow for outside view (extreme convergence, almost no separation) and left arrow for normal mode. Is it correct that now you have fixed the up arrow key to the shader of the Mi8 sight? So just better to use the up arrow key for HUD/gunsight mode adjustments?

It seems very possible that due to resolution issues and possibly more factors VR might not render 3dvision useless for some time, I don´t know we´ll see. For me, I´m pretty sure I haven´t played DCS for even 2 minutes without 3d, and that can work right now so obviously I would like it work as good as possible. Since the first version of the mod it has gone better step by step with each new version, sometimes with some small complications. And as for the example of the smoke bug that is now fixed, try doing sling loading while the smoke is surrounding you without the fix :)

Just tried this, and now the problem with the left side is gone! But, yeah, problem with the lights is indeed back now, so the searching continues...when I have the anti collision lights on in the Mi8 however, the problem is also gone. Seems its highly dependent on some lightning effects (and therefor also the guns I guess), just haven´t tried it with all air planes and some exterior lighting. But...the HUD on the Mi8 still does not work. I noticed this also when the problem with the left side was still there, there´s no response to any stereo/convergence settings. Strange, because with that one version you made it did work...maybe some small mistake/error? Glad to see all the errors with text gone, also the briefings and such are ok now :)
