It has been reported numerous times by others as well. Here's a screenshot: It should be parking CCD1 and throwing everything in DCS on CCD0. For example The Way of the Hunter is properly parking the CCD1 This is how X3d processors should work.

That's CCD0 right? My DCS is running on both, can't get it to park CCD1. Set to driver in bios, and it parks properly with other games... -
The CPU parks cores with games, but with DCS it appears to be parking the wrong CCD. In other games the correct CCD is exclusively being used.

The Vietnam era for DCS is soon to be one of the most deeply represented of all periods. Projects in development include the F-100 Super-Sabre, A-1 Skyraider, F8 Crusader, alongside already existing modules like the F-4E Phantom II, F-5 Tiger II, Huey, MiG 19, and 21. Not to mention the exceptionally well-done A4 Skyhawk and OH6 modules. "In Country" is a group focused on this era, making an effort to thread the needle between realism and enjoyment in an environment of learning and skill development. We are organized by aircraft type, with mission design intended to realistically portray a Vietnam-like environment, threat provision, mission type, and platform roles. While we are very new, future plans include expanding support to red air as well. In a fully actualized picture, we would like to have a squadron or two of each aircraft type on both blue and red sides realistically structured providing multiplayer gameplay in well-designed missions on a regular basis. Our goal is to create an immersive and authentic experience that closely mirrors the challenges faced by pilots during this conflict while also promoting individual growth through logbook tracking and career progression in official events. We would like to unite a community of aviation and history enthusiasts committed to continual learning, teamwork, and shared interests in a realistic setting. Platforms currently supported: A4 Skyhawk F4 Phantom UH-1H Huey OH-6A Loach. Future plans include: Full support of Red Air squadrons including the MiG 17, MiG 19, MiG 21. Support for A6, F-100, and A-1. We offer: Realistic missions in a setting similar to that of the Vietnam War Balanced training and flight organization. Minimal mandatory flight time. Organization and structure. A community of aviation and history enthusiasts. Room to grow. Get in on ground level. Requirements: 18 years of age Microphone Passion for learning and history. No way. These assists are becoming too common. The Apache has easy mode George, the Kiowa can fly with a keyboard, and Bob takes all the skill out of hovering. Please leave the Huey alone.

You aren't discussing. You're attempting to contribute your opinion as authoritative declaration. It's socially...odd. I wasn't talking round-trip. I mentioned a CSAR orbit where they're on station to respond. It's not a mechanic you'd have to make use of but I am 100% certain online squadrons would. Especially if you equipped the pilot with a radio and flares. My idea isn't that you'd spawn in as a downed pilot but that your ejected pilot is a visible player on the map where you have the option to remain in the 3D world and interact with CSAR. -

For some reason people responding to the thread are doing so in a manner that suggests their opinion is authoritative. It's quite odd. The squadron I play with does two missions per week lasting between an hour or two hrs. We quite easily could have Blackhawks or Hueys on standby in CSAR orbits where a downed pilot wouldn't have to wait more than 20 minutes and the mechanic of walking in a rescue would be interesting to coordinate on multiple levels. There is depth that could be added to missions with this simple mechanic. You cannot already control a downed pilot. You're the only one who can see it and it's not a real unit on the map. If we could stop being weird about a suggestion that'd be cool. -

Doesn't have to be elaborate. You should fly more with squadrons. -

It doesn't have to be for hours. Can have CSAR on standby in missions. Your scenarios are on the extreme end of pessimism with implementation. -

Consider it with an online squadron and complex missions. Wouldn't be a single player feature. -
Would like to see a continuation of your character when you bail out (doesn't appear on F10 and I don't think the game recognizes it as a unit). Perhaps submenus to use a radio, smoke, flare, etc, and allow interaction with vehicles like helicopters for CSAR.
